We have stayed here several times throughout the years, I wouldn't go back to a place I didn't love! Sue and Nick are wonderful hosts, very accommodating and down to earth. The house is very spacious, clean and comforting. The beds are comfortable and always have crisp white sheets on, the bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms are modern, I especially love the big showers. There is a wide open space outside with a lovely clean pool, a wooden climbing frame and a trampoline so perfect for children to run off all their energy 🤣 lovely views outside so perfect to watch the sunrise or sunset. If you have any querys or issues Sue and Nick are quick to help you in any way they can. If I could give 10 stars for this Holiday Home I would! Thankyou for always making us feel welcome and making our getaways a beautiful family experience ❤️

Beautiful house in a quiet location with large gardens and great facilities.I don't understand the negative reviews at all. The owners are great with communication and very friendly. There is some wear and tear that you would expect in any holiday property that is used regularly but generally it is clean and comfortable.Beautiful updated bathrooms. Large bedrooms. Kitchen has everything you need and we found it to be perfectly clean. Great facilities. A heated pool (summer months). Tennis court. Table tennis. Pool table. Lots of fun for family get togethers. It's great value for money when you appreciate it caters for 10 people. Please don't be put off by negative reviews. We would stay again.

Great accommodation for a family gathering. Spacious bedrooms and living space and lovely outdoor space. Caters for children inside and outdoors. Bathrooms are lovely and modern and the kitchen has everything you need to self cater.Owners are really accommodating and friendly. The price for the week was good value for 10 guests. The outdoor pool looks amazing and we will definitely book again for the summer when it's open.

Stayed here with a group of friends, The owners were very welcoming when we arrived. A Big garden which we enjoyed spending time in when the sun was out aswell as a tennis court, the views from the garden were beautiful as it’s located in a peaceful country style area. I would like to come back in the summer months to use the heated pool as it looks like fun.I will be recommending this to friends and families as it caters for larger groups of people who want to stay under one roof.

We stayed here for 3 nights , we were fortunate enough to have lovely weather and was able to use the family sized swimming pool, which was very well maintained , with sun beds , the kids loved it ! The hosts were very welcoming and accommodated us very well .The house and bedrooms were extremely well kept and comfortable , lovely surrounding countryside and was perfect for exploring the Cotswolds , have booked again for next year !

What a waste of money !Bad tennis courtSmelly & dusty kitchenSmelly& dusty roomsTold us about electricity meter reading extra charges on the dayVery bad table tennis tableDirty and smelly dishwashDirty washing machineOld oven took 5 hours to cook a chickenTight pool table areaNever reply on time.Cold house ( very slow heating )Very bad shower mixers.. hard to turn the valvesThe only thing is good in the house is one bathroom only !I do not recommend this place at all no where near the price i paid ! Very very poor and expensive

Hello - my experience of the New Inn House was terrible. The standard of the house is nothing like the quality you see on the photos - the cleanliness and upkeep of the house is an absolute disgrace. The house is in such a terrible state - signs of mold, disgusting floors, the fabrics throughout the house had an awful smell to them & the kitchen had certainly not been cleaned properly. There was a wasp nest in the garden which pretty much meant the patio was a no go zone for the kids. The owner did not tell us about this before entering the house - we have left the house now but he still has not addressed the problem despite reaching out numerous times. I have tried to find the positives out of my stay at the New Inn House and in all honestly there are none. I really hope other people do not make the same mistake as me. I assume the owners will respond to me saying it was all my fault etc which they do all the time from reading other reviews so I look forward to that but in all honesty focus your energy towards not ripping people off! Thank you

If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID! This property is nothing like how it is advertised couldn’t be any further from the description. The bed sheets STINK of moth balls and actually when the quilt was pulled back there was dead moths in the bed, the sheets have stains on. The carpets are filthy. The house smells musky. They state that it has been refurbished if you call putting a couple of sofas on the living room refurbishing. Sue and Nic are a con couple they take a security deposit and do not return it there is a lot of hidden charges that they do not tell you about until you have made the booking and then paid. The house is a dated dump and the garden has a very large wasps nest which they are fully aware of and pretend they are not as the only thing they provide at the property is a full can of wasp spray, no complimentary water or chocolates WASP SPRAY!! If I can give anyone a bit of friendly advise it will be to not waste your money at this disgustingly dirty property.

Visited again a week ago, with now my little boy (almost 1) and extended family members. We had a fab time again in this lovely holiday home. My little boy loved exploring the grounds, playing on the trampoline and park. We enjoyed being able to sit in one lounge with the family and catch up.The hosts again so welcoming and made us feel at home.I'm not quite sure why there are a few negative reviews, as you can see majority of the reviews are 4/5 stars there is a handful of negative comments.Honestly this is a perfect spot expecially for family gatherings for festivities and celebrations to get everyone under one roofYou won't be disappointed
