We stayed in apartment 1. Smaller than we expected and due to my own error I didnt see it only said one room. So the children had to sleep on sofa bed, which they weren't to happy about. The host was very good and said he would move us if he could, but there was no availability. Everything was clean, but not thoroughly cleaned;like the glasses and the previous occupant left alot of bathroom stuff, so they cant be checking the cupboards. The bed linen was very creased or not changed. But fabulous location to the town and Victoria park. The shop below does cause a sound issue after 5am as they start rolling out grates of goods on the pavement and you cant sleep as there isnt double glazing. Also QuickFit opposite play music so load you can hear it constantly.Outlr toilet leaked, so we had move rooms; however the host was straight on it super quick and upgraded our room and agreed to give us an extra night at discounted rate. Which made up for the little things that could of made this a 5 star. Overall we had a good stay.

Awesome apartment. We booked it for 5 days and the stay was absolutely delightful. the place is great. The apartment has a big lounge plus kitchen, Good sized bedroom and bathroom. The bed was comfortable, so was the couch. The kitchen area is great. All the essential items were provided like bunch of utensils, tissue roll, kitchen towel, cleaning liquid etc. The bed linen and towels were neat and clean, so was the whole apartment. Also the place is next to town center. There is a grocery store on the ground floor of the building, which is perfect to buy any items ranging from milk to bread to veggies to sandwiches etc.We absolutely loved the place. Very quite and peaceful.The host, Sam, is very nice and friendly and helpful. The details provided by him were more than enough including parking places to make our stay very comfortable. If we have to stay again in Leamington, we would love to have Sam as our host.

ideal location and modern apartment. However cleanliness is an issue.Bed linen looked slept in and the washing up sponge I would not have used on the toilet.Many light bulbs missing or blown.just needs better attention to the details.

Nice and clean apartment, would not recommend 4 adults sharing flat 1 as pull out sofa small. Good central location. Owner Sam friendly and very good communication throughout stay. Would definitely go back if there was just me and my husband.

Great apartment in a very good location. Checking in and parking on the street was easy and everything was very clean. Sam also very kindly let us stay a bit past our checkout time which was greatly appreciated.

I was in apartment 2 and it was OK until 5 in the morning where the large shop below opens and for what went on for over 2 hours with them putting out numerous metal racks with plants on and taking deliveries and all the staff and drivers shouting at each other. I had no sleep from 5 am onwards and was shattered the day after, ruined my stay as I was walking around Warwick castle like a zombie

The swing park in the photo...could not find it. I thought the apartment might back up onto it. Nowhere too be seen. Blinds kept falling and webs in all corners. Needs care. Nice fan and tv and kitchen was ok. No microwave. Outside noise can be loud. But weekend is quiet? Proberly because people finish work and go for drinks.Lovley town center 5 minz down the road
