I ended up staying here rather unexpectedly and was nothing short of delighted by the wonderful service and the excellence of this motel. We placed a last minute booking, and they were able to give me access to my room despite the late hour. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were clean and of high quality, and the Full English breakfast was delicious and prepared fresh and to order.I would stay here again if in the area, and would definitely recommend it.

Great rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Rooms are simple but very good and cosy. Would highly recommend. The cooked breakfast was a real winner. Only downside is we had a small double bed and not a normal size. But otherwise very good.

My Warwick home from home. Love this place. Clean, well furnished and comfortable rooms. Powerful showers. Fast internet. The best breakfasts in all the places I've stayed in for business whilst being on the road for the past 17 years. Friendly and accommodating owners.

As 1st reviewer, I completely forgot to rate our last stay here (July 2011)> Up again this year for the CLA, Jane probably the most helpful B&B owner I've come across. nothing too much trouble, rooms clean and comfortable. Not experienced the breakfast yet, but heard good things from fellow B&B-ers last time we stayed.Looking forward to staying again tomorrow night!

Motel near Warwick/Leamington Spa. Comfortable rooms with ensuite. Kettle & tea making facilities. Clean, warm, good value for money. Breakfasts can be ordered- pay extra. No evening meals but good food at local pubs nearby. Ample parking outside room. Dog friendly.

Good accommodation for price, quiet location and excellent pub within walking distance or 2 minutes drive (The Falcon). Slight problem with the shower. Didn't try the breakfast but it gets good reviews.

Very disappointed as i booked this accomodation 3 mths in advance of requiring the room. After 2 mths they cancelled me saying that they had made a mistake they have a wedding booking. They didn't ring, just an email that went into a junk file, if it wasn't for a colleague telling me that she had also been cancelled, i wouldnt have known! Not good service at all.Tracy Fisher

Jane was very helpful and a good room for a night. The accommodation was ideal. If I am ever in the area again I will certainly call again.
