We stayed here overnight on our way to North Wales from Sussex. Very pleasant stay. Lovely food, open to the public so my niece and her partner, who live nearby, were able to have a meal with us. They'd never eaten there before but said they'd be back as very impressed.

An unplanned stop off resulted in 2 delicious meals. A vegetarian loaf with hassleback potatoes and seasonal veg and a small fish and chips with mushy peas. Both were polished off in no time and washed down with a shandy and pint of moretti Lager. The place was warm and welcoming and the staff friendly and attentive.I’d highly recommend a visit, especially because they also did Blue Light discount which will ensure we go back for more.No 293.

Went for dinner, we sat on the patio at the back, which is lovely. The food was good as usual, we occasionally meet up with people here as it's always reliable. Staff friendly and helpfu. We have never stayed here, it has rooms but more of a place to eat out.

Lovely outdoor dining and chilling area. Inside was nice too. Have eaten here in the past and it's been nice, but only popped in for a drink this time round.

i dont know if the owners have ever heard of carpet cleaner but it would be worth looking into. and perhaps some air freshener while theyre at it. the floor of the restaurant and bar was unbelievable. in terms of the bar the service was great and the cider was crisp, would drink again, but the salty kippers made me unkissable, which is a shame because of all the “hot” british boys around. #newcarpet #renewal #renovate #kippers

We were given a room that was far too small for a couple. The bathroom and shower were put in as an after thought. We have stayed many times before with no complaints but this time was our last time.

A very smart pub almost opposite the entrance to Coughton Court National Trust. We parked in their car park and walked as a group then returned to have lunch. The food was of very good quality and it was washed down with a very nice pint of stout. They have a large deck out the back which would be good in the better weather. We shall return and we can highly recommend it.

Lovely little pub and b&b opposite Coughton Court. More of a dining pub than a drinking pub. We stayed one night and ate in the evening. Bedrooms are compact but comfortable.
