Stayed here while visiting Bidford Gliding Club. Reasonable rate for a twin room with breakfast. On arrival very spacious car park, and an outdoor seating area, plus a children’s play area. The external view of the building was very nice and historical. Inside followed a similar pattern, and received a warm welcome from reception, who were also very informative about the local area.Everywhere was very clean. The room was very well presented, although one of the twin beds was close to the room entrance.Bathroom was very clean with a good shower, and plenty of shower/shampoo products. The only thing to note was the room overlooked the car park and due to sleeping with the window open there was some noise when the bins were emptied on a Thursday morning.Breakfast was superb, very tasty, and excellent service.Note that the bar was very quiet on a Wednesday night, so couldn’t comment on the atmosphere. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Stayed 4 nights with friends and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, Restaurant food was excellent although, being of a more senior age, we found some of the portions large and could but admire those brave enough to tackle the Mixed Grill …

We have come here every year for the past 3 years. It has really good food and we have always had a good stay in their rooms. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.First time this year we stayed in one of their cottages. Everything is to satisfaction and very clean.Debbie, the breakfast waitress is amazing. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food has generous portions and tastes so good. The fruit salad is very good and always fresh. Food is made fresh every day. I can vouch for the fish pie. It had a generous topping of cheese and was very satisfying & moreish. 16oz rump steak was really good too. Flavoursome and filling. If you want to enjoy the fine food here it's advisable to book ahead. If arriving later in the day, on a busy day you may be out of luck on some of their popular dishes.

We visited here as it’s on our list to exceed our expectations, unfortunately we were let down this time.We had ordered the trio of kebabs which were spot on. These came in a skillet with a base of onions, this tasted fantastic. For the main meal i had ordered the sizzling teriyaki steak. This was supposed to be the sirloin on a bed on onions in a skillet.Unfortunately all of the food had a burnt taste to it, almost as if the same skillet was reused from the starter with the “burnt” bits stuck to the bottom. This ruined the main meal for me. What also didn’t help was a large portion of the steak was fat and chewy. As you can see from the pictures i had lost my appetite due to the not being able to get rid of the burnt taste. This was a waste of £25.95.

Needed to go to Stratford-upon-Avon for a wedding and chose the Broom Hall as it was close to the venue. So glad we did. The room was absolutely beautiful with fabulous modern facilities. …

We had a great meal at The Broom Hall. The staff were excellent and the food was of high quality. Well worth the money and you won’t leave hungry!I may sound crazy, and I’ve never scored down for this, but the portion sizes are massive (picture does not do it justice). We pre-ordered our 3 courses and the mains were barely eaten. The starters could have been main courses. So it’s also a positive, but I hate seeing food go to waste!

Excellent as always. Friendly staff, great menu and good service. 5 ⭐️ will definitely be returning again. Great choice of drinks. You can eat in restaurant or bar area, or if nice day plenty of seating outside. Great for kids too as outside safe play area.
