We stayed in July for the F1, the staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location is good for motorway access and the Harvester next door very convenient. The bathroom could have done with a little tlc but nothing I would generally complain about. The room was well equipped and comfortable.

Booked late at night for a stop on a long journey and anywhere we’d normally book was sold out. …

Modern room with much improved decor and walk in shower, friendly staff, good location just of M6, breakfast was as expected. HOWEVER bathroom utterly stank of drains (I see this is an ongoing problem from other reviews), walls thin as could hear people talk next door, no AC so expect would be very hot in summer, and the electric radiator on the wall repeatedly clicked loudly for some time when turned on which was very disturbing when trying to get to sleep. Would not stay here again.

We made a last minute booking whilst dealing with a family emergency. The hotel was perfect and the bed very welcomed after an exhausting few days. We were lucky enough to be placed in a Premier Plus room. …

The room was lovely and clean with plenty of amenities and a comfortable bed, however it was very hot (nothing the hotel can do about that) and the corridors smelled of sewage. …

Modern, bright, clean and comfortable room with beautiful en suite. The room was decorated in Premier Inn’s new style which was lovely. The price paid for the room was amazing. …

Friendly hotel staff, really comfortable room and a great shower. They even provided a good hair dryer, comfy towels, good tv etc. Woman at the front desk was really lovely on check in. Loads of free parking for guests and had a great breakfast in the morning. Harvester next door is handy and 5 min drive from a big Tesco. Convenient location, would definitely stay here again if we needed to come back to Rugby.

A comfortable modern clean hotel located close to our camping friends. As a Whitbread shareholder we had a sumptuous free breakfast. The only criticism was that the postcode took us the other end of Brownsover Road and it took best part of 1/2 hour to find the hotel"!

I stayed for 4 days. The hotel itself is good. But I wouldn't advise staying in Room 106. It is situated behind directly behind the reception and adjoining office. I was woken up several times by banging of a door ot it may have been a cupboard

Smelly and boiling. I'm not sure how this gets 4/5 stars. Couldn't open curtains as right outside a street light with kids trying to sleep. Fan did nothing! Worse fan in the world. …
