DISGUSTING!Booked a last minute stay here, back in July, I now see why a room is available.Upon arrival found MOULD and BED BUGS crawling the place, they have took our money and every time we call to arrange a refund Mr. David (who claims not to be the owner) puts the phone down on me!!

I have given this place a 1 as the evening meal was ok but that’s about it. The carpets leading to the rooms was actually filthy. When I got to my room I was pleased to see that the heating was on and the room was very warm. …

Stayed her a couple of nights when I was working in the area. Nice enough to stay in for work ie somewhere just to get a bite to eat & crash out, but probably wouldn't stay there if I was on holiday.  …

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The staff were extremely nice and helpful but the hotel itself is scruffy, dated, noisy and not a nice place to stay. …

Incredibly run down, no control over noisy patrons and receptionist said she had only ever seen in two rooms herself, probably the worst sleep in about 10 years of travelling. Rooms are very dated complete with that old carpet in the toilet/bathrooms, if you are going to stay here at the very least do not stay here with kids. Staff are friendly though.

The hotel was freezing cold, radiators didn’t work and we had two rooms so it wasn’t a one off. Showers barely worked either, no more than a trickle (at least the trickle was warm). Owner behind the bar clearly didn’t want to be there, any request of a drink or question was a total effort for him to answer.

The place is depressing, you can smell cigarette smoke in all the hotel. The fire alarms was covered with a supermarket plastic bag.The bathroom water was brown from time to time (I don’t know why). The breakfast room is super dirty and the breakfast included was uncompleted, so the front desk employee neeed to go to the supermarket to buy additional food…
