As we stay away with work the company books on a virtual card with the room payment and allowances which is a one use virtual card but they that quick to charge it before we arrived we couldn't get our 30pound allowance for food yet it was in notes of booking on my email. So we went to eat out because didn't want to spend money there after that ..... also might aswell stand under the guttering outside the water pressure is that bad in shower

This one star review is purely for the food I had at lunchtime today. I haven't stayed here so can't comment on this. However there is apparently a new chief who can't get a toastie right. No ham so just cheese and tomato. The tuna mayonnaise sandwich consisted of more mayo very little tuna. The salad was only fit for the bucket. Really disappointed as this is basic food. No chief required. Not sure if I will go back.

Overnight stay due to a motor racing event at Knockhill race circuit. Warm welcome at reception and rooms were clean and well equipped. Bathroom was spotless. Would definitely stay again.|Free parking and felt secure.|Indian restaurant 5 min walk away was really good as well.

Terrible location, staff very unfriendly from the beginning. first told my family traveling with children that he wouldn't take us because in the original reservation there was a missing customer, later and, atter being on the phone with customer service they agreed to give us the room that BTW was paid off in advance under the condition of paying more for my husband? At this point and getting close to midnight and due multiple sketchy moves we decided to book a different hotel but this people still kept our money, meaning stole it from us. If you're traveling to Scotland please don't spoil you experience by staying anywhere around this midnight and due multiple sketchy moves we decided to book a different hotel but this people still kept our money, meaning stole it trom us. I was here for an engagement party with friends on the 1 of June. There is 8 accessible bedrooms on the ground floor. I stayed only 1 night, the staff were excellent especially Kirsty Ann, she helped out a lot at the party and helped me me to and from my room

Stopped here as Edinburgh prices are ridiculous and it seemed close Really friendly welcome , room spotless , bed mega comfy Evening meals were good and really cheap Fairly decent breakfast with good choice Staff all amazing !! Only downside was getting bus into Edinburgh First one was full , second one ( ember e1 ) is prebook only , third bus we got on after 45 minutes but 12 people couldn't get on

meal of two lasagne was terrible first arrived cold then returned with hotter lasagne garlic bread not cooked, staff were ok when first went in but at end was as if uou were in the way , other meal steak pie was good macaroni was just as if was a ready meal and all portions were child size portions overall poor won't be back.
