Great location. Rooms are a little bit dated, but very spacious. Bathroom is huge, but we had some water pressure problem. Otherwise it was a great deal for the price, might consider staying again if we come to Aberdeen since experience was very nice.

Great for working away, cheap, central, clean and well looked after. No so great if you want to sleep in as workers stomping about the creaky floors at 5am will wake you up most nights. Breakfast is also not served til after 8 which is too late for many shifts starting.

3/3.5 stars out of 5.A lovely big room. The (paid) breakfast was okay but felt that they could of done a teeny bit more because they knew in advance that one of us has coeliac disease (gluten free) and they could only have cooked breakfast. The WiFi was good, The room was clean.Parking - one of us didn't see the signs outside until we were leaving but (luckily), so far hasn't got a ticket in the post. The other person had to park in a car park a few streets away. (They had a lot of bags.)Stairs for ground floor - a couple of us can have slight mobility issues (dodgy thyroids) so for us having to use stairs to get into the place isn't too bad but then we had to get up a few more steps to get to our ground floor room wasn't brilliant.

For the price it's good, but it can depend on who is in the room next to you, as the walls are thin. The staff are helpful and friendly and everything was clean. The breakfast was nice with a cooked meal, with tea and coffee. I would prefer if they had some brown bread also instead of only white bread, but not a big deal.I would stay again, worth the price.

For a budget B and B it is excellent. Of course there is a lot more it could offer, but as it is definitely in the budget category I feel it offers everything you could need. The breakfast was very tasty too and having private off street parking was a real bonus. I would definitely return here.

It's a bed and parking in Central Aberdeen for around £35. There's no frills to the room, it's a little tired, floorboards creek, some noisy house guests but.....its a place to put your head down and for the price you can't go wrong. I stayed for a night out and it was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I need to stay near the town center again. Staff couldn't be nicer, plenty communication prior to check in and it was a clean room for a few hours sleep. Thanks
