Lovely, quiet location. Perfect for seeing lots of wildlife - chance to see red deer, eagles and red squirrels. Accommodation is clean and tidy, and perfectly located. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.

Had an absolutely cracking time at Clunebeg Lodge! Highly, highly recommended! We have just got back from a fantastic 5 night stay at Clunebeg lodge in the magical highlands of Scotland, practically on the banks of Loch Ness! What a fantastic hidden gem of a place this is, with fantastic people! Gillian, our lovely host, welcomed us with open arms and immediately made us feel like we were at a home from home. We were made to feel so incredibly welcome and Gillian & Mo couldn’t have done more for us and to make our stay extra special! Thank you to the both of you and of course Dexter the labradoodle too!The estate is in an such a beautiful location and is the perfect base for seeing and experiencing all that Drumnadrochit and Loch ness have to offer, literally a few minutes’ drive/walk and you are onto the great glen way and able to do all manner of walks/hikes/strolls! There are local shops (Scott Mid Co-op, an Esso petrol station and a lovely café within walking distance and only a few minutes in a car, there is everything you could want, which is brilliant considering how far into the highlands we were. The lodge itself is awesome, a beautiful mix of classic, rugged Scottish charm blended with clean comfort. Our rooms were big, immaculately clean, and had breath-taking views of the surrounding landscape and highland views. We had tea and coffee making facilities in our rooms with large TVs in each. There is also the shared dining/living room and kitchen which is equipped with everything you could possibly want or need to enjoy a great home cooked meal each night! Each morning was an absolute joy to wake up here. Finally, the prices are quite literally the best value you will find in the whole of Drumnadrochit! If you’re looking for a place that combines rustic charm with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, Clunebeg Lodge is the perfect choice. We left feeling refreshed, happy and content, and we can’t wait to return to this magical place in the not so distant future! We were very sad to leave after our 5 nights, but feel safe in the knowledge that we will most definitely be back again! It’s not goodbye, simply ‘au revoir’ till next time!!

Donna was a great person to visit with, I hope we get to say hi to you again some day! (We were the Ben and Jerry for breakfast people:-D). Ellie checked us in and Donna we chatted with the next morning. we didn't get to meet Gillian and Moe but we did meet Dexter, such a sweet dog :-) it's a beautiful area to walk around, and the Great Glen way runs right through it. It's almost more hostel feel with the kitchen being shared but it's wonderful they make it all available to you. I hung in the living room and watched some TV so I loved the home away from home feel. It was a great price and I would definitely return and hopefully get to walk around more. There isn't a lot in the city but they are adding on. The only thing I wish I had was a top sheet. I know it's not uncommon to have just a bottom and a duvet, but for my comfort I like the top sheet. I just didn't know it was a thing yet so didn't ask, that's on me. We slept great too.

We had an amazing time at Clunebeg. My wife, in-laws, and I had booked the family room which was extremely quaint, spacious and lovely. Gillian made us feel so comfortable. The room was beautiful and had quite a view. …

My mum and I stayed for one night and were so happy with our stay! The young guy that welcomed us in was really nice and super helpful ☺️ pointed out on the map all the local places to eat and recommended the best ones to us ((He also took it good-naturedly when my mum said he sounded English not Scottish 😆🤦🏼‍♀️). The room itself was great and the lodge had everything you’d need. Wish we could’ve stayed another night!

It was a last minute booking and I made sure I knew what I was picking. In this budget, it was a very good place. I had a hot shower which acted as a massage. My husband n me slept well. It's a great country side lodge. …

Very basic accommodation. Very out of the way. Self catering, which is fine, but I would NOT like to prepare food in the kitchen. The kitchen was in very poor condition and overdue for an update. The place felt more like a hostel as there were lots of other people using the house. Very squeaky beds. Wifi very slow.
