We stayed for two night Mon/Tues and would recommend this hotel. Our room was great, we asked for an upgrade on arrival, and it had nice big windows and a lovely view. There was a small table with two chairs, a TV, a small wardrobe and side table with a mirror and chair. A nice big bed with bedside drawers and lamps. We did find the mattress a bit uncomfortable, the TV reception was not great and we thought the bathroom was a bit dated. Although the bathroom was clean and everything was in working order with nice liquid soap/shower gel/shampoo. We could not fault the service from any of the staff or the cleanliness of the different areas throughout the hotel. The restaurant was large and clean with plenty of space between tables with a great breakfast selection and the food menus had a good selection of meals to choose from. We thought the meals we had in the evenings were great, very well presented and big portions and reasonable prices. We enjoyed making use of the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Overall our experience was very good and we would stay again.

Lovely hotel staff are very friendly, pleasantly surprised at how big the room we stayed in was. Bed was very comfy. Has a meal in bar and both were fantastic really good sized portions and great value. The pool facilities are very good I managed to get in while it was quiet and had the pool to myself. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again

Absolutely great staff couldn't fault them. Helpful cheerful and willing to help in anyway. Staff that lived on the premises said they were happy with this company too, nice to hear that. The Manager went above and beyond to help a lady stranded in Pitlochry. It just shows that if the Manager shows kindness and consideration to everyone it will filter down. A great stay a this hotel, thank you all. 😊

Firstly our room certainly didn't look like any that are shown on the website. The room needed a good upgrade. The staff were lovely so no complaints there. Pool facilities were good. Our night there was a present for our golden anniversary and was for dinner, bed and breakfast. We found it strange that the evening dinner menu wasn't even as good as the bar menu and was really quite a poor menu. The breakfast was cold. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a superior room which was very comfortable, with a separate sofa area. The food was fine and the staff friendly and polite. The breakfast was well cooked and tasty. The drinks were reasonably priced. All in all its was a good stay and we would probably stay here again if we were visiting the area.

I was part of a large group, spending a weekend here. Every one of us enjoyed our stay. Great choices of food, both at breakfast and evening meal. Staff were so helpful and table/bar service was very good . I agree hotel a bit dated, but was very clean, working central heating and comfy beds. I'd definitely return

This hotel is quite tired but the room we had was big and comfortable. It wasn't expensive and the value was good. The staff were nice but the pool had swimming lessons going on so we didn't use it. Lots of people around so it looks like it is popular.
