Super clean. Friendly helpful staff. For those reasons I'd stay again. Very Spartan, not even a glass for drinking water in the room, let alone a kettle for making tea. Very small rooms, no drawers, no wardrobe, just a hook on the wall .The price was not exactly budget, £100 a night, for such sparse facilities. You could go to reception area 24/7 to get a cuppa for £2 a time, not quite boiling water from machine.Handy location for SEC or Hydro, free parking in multi storey carpark which forms lower levels.Good hot shower. Warm room. Nice staff. Can order pizza 24/7, £12, didn't try it but suspect it's on the small side, but not a bad Idea.Breakfast was continental but also had hot baked beans and. Toast.I'd stay again but I'd try and book earlier to get somewhere with a kettle/ proper seat in the room first , before staying here.

We stayed here on a Saturday for one night as we were at the Armadillo for a gig. It was the cheapest hotel I could find that wasn't too far away (£94 double room). Yes, I'd read the reviews, so wasn't expecting too much. …

Booked this hotel for a 2 night stay with my son. This is the second time we have stayed here. Great location, with Hollywood bowl, cinema and a few eating places right beside it. Plenty to do, easy to get too. Rooms tidy and clean.

The location was convenient with tons to do just outside the hotel including a casino, movie theater, restaurants, and more. They had breakfast and it was quite nice but super busy and not enough tables. The hotel room was nice except for the lights which were on the wall (not the ceiling) across from the bed so you just end up staring at this bright light. We some how ended up with an accessible room and the bathroom was horrible. Tiny sink and the shower was level because it's accessible but it made the floor super wet and they didn't give as a mat for the floor. The hallways in there are bright blue and hard to look at with no decor on the wall. Also, the elevators have a mind of their own. They may take you to the floor you need or they might not. It's a good choice if you are on a budget. The bed was super comfortable but they didn't give us a luggage rack or anything so our stuff had to be on the floor.

It's a budget hotel so one doesn't expect 5-star luxury. Our room was small but very clean and adequate for our needs (we were out all day and mainly needed somewhere to sleep).  …

The hotel was so lovely. Nice and quiet, clean. Staff were brilliant, nice to talk to, helpful and friendly. Me and the missus are already planning to return here in the near future. Hopefully for a longer stay.

I can only give 5 stars across the board because anything I asked for was supplied. I also had 3 dogs with me one being a 6 month old puppy. The charge is £5 per dog per night. There were some accidents and they were dealt with quietly. The hotel is in a good area called The Quay. Every type of food was in close proximity and the hotel let the guest eat in their rooms. The rooms are very clean and towels are in the room but if asked for they are provided. For breakfast it cost £8.50. This is what you want for breakfast including plain and fruit yogurt, all kinds of cereal, brown and white bread for toast or not, also 2 types of cold sliced meats and a selection of fresh fruit. Marmalade was supplied by spooning as much as you need onto your toast. Rather than the tiny tubs that's usually provided.Lovely people work there, very helpful and considerate.3 dogs are a lot to have visiting but my dogs are very socialised and love attention. They were treated with interest rather than disgust and had a great stay too.A thoroughly enjoyable experience and I'll go back. For a total of 2 nights with 2 people staying it cost me less than £150 I wouldn't go past the ibis budget hotel .

I book the IBIS Budget when I have business in Glasgow. The hotel is situated on Springfield Quay just over the South side of the river Clyde. Rooms are quite basic, no cups, kettle etc. …

considering how little it cost, it wasn't bad. the rooms were clean, tidy and ample, and the beds were comfortable. it wasn't claustrophobic or poorly decorated. we didn't really investigate the facilities, but there weren't many. it's in a restauranty retail park of sorts, quite an unpleasant view of car parks and big roads, although convenient for a quick meal. about a mile from the centre, so it's walkable, or you can take one of many overpriced buses.

Nice and clean, no A/C available in the rooms, fast check-in and check-out, great location. The down side the hotel entrance is odd and the access from the parking area isn't easy at all. The area is surrounded by some restaurants for a quick bite
