Booked the Lbtie lodge for a group of us to celebrate some birthdays. We booked this just to chill with friends and we had the best time. Lodge is really big and has everything needed to stay a weekend. Rooms where spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the hot tubs. We will defo be booking again for next year.

Nice Lodge, well priced and the staff are lovely and not accusative. Only 4 star as the lodge could do with some renovation work, such as outdoor area and burnt-out projector. Overall though, it was very enjoyable and well priced.

Brought my wife for a romantic weekend break for her birthday lovely Lodge in Lomond 3 it was peaceful and quiet would definitely come back again. It was clean and just a couple of minor issues that need attending to the place no remote for TV in bedroom and tv not working plus shower drips badly after use you have to lay shower head down on the tray for it to stop. Bed was very comfortable to sleep on. I would recommend this place anyone and I will come back again.

Rear door was missing half it’s locking mechanism and was a struggle to lock. The stereo was about 20 years old.The WiFi didn’t work, and after reading other reviews I wonder if its ever worked.Cheap stained carpet tiles covering most of the lodge with no underlay, never seen such cheap flooring in any accommodation, let alone “luxury”.None of the fire detectors/smoke alarms worked.Lots of bulbs blown.Windows haven’t been cleaned for years.Spent 15min washing mould from the cafetière.Kitchen window opened when locked.Rubbish skip located over the fence from hot tub area and smell is transparent with wind.BBQ area wall needs a coat of paint.Sofas are all old and some quite worn. The single beds are home made boxes with plywood on top.Lots of broken floor tiles in bathrooms.Rotten decking at front door.Jack and Jill bathroom downstairs only had a lock on one door....?Black mould on downstairs bathroom ceiling.Absolutely overpriced and far from luxury!!We were ripped off!
