Beautiful farm, don't expect a 5-star hotel but an attractive place with space for enough people. The kids also had a great time at the pool where they couldn't get out of it.Sitting nearby- 15min drive to Monte Verde (amusement park for kids)- 600m walk of the million line, old steam train, very beautiful!- 400m supermarket- 20m drive, Valkenburg toboggan run!The children had a good time and the adults enjoyed sitting outside.The hostesses are well thought out, still not a 5 star hotel, but a beautiful area for nice walks and fun things to do!

Had a nice holiday. The ladies are very hospitable. Even offering to take care of our dog so that we could spend a day in Maastricht without a dog, it was too hot for her to take her with us. Otherwise we would have stayed at the house, but Tamara offered us to look after our dog so that we could still visit the city, very thoughtful.Beautiful location and nice house. The children also had a great time, had a great time swimming. We will definitely come back again!!!

As a couple with our dog, we had four fantastic days in Simplevei.Kelly and her family do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Isn't it there? Then they make it possible.Because it is of course high season, and we booked way too late, we had a huge house for 8 people at our disposal (at a super reasonable price); the rest was of course fully booked, and rightly so.These lovely people have a passion for their work and it shows in everything.We will definitely come back soon with Lady, also to cuddle Lola.Thanks again for the hospitality!

We stayed here for 10 days, it was perfect for us.. very sweet and pleasant manager.. it is not a 5 star hotel, but once again we were very satisfied and had a nice time. It is very centrally located so you can go everywhere for excursions. Our dog was also with us, and he also enjoyed the wonderful walks in the beautiful surroundings. Will definitely come back again. 😁😘

We enjoyed a two-week holiday, it was quiet, beautiful views, child-friendly and a large playing field and swimming pool for young and old.Managers are friendly and gallant, nothing is too much, they often try to find a solution to ensure your holiday has a nice and pleasant result.The accommodation was spacious and neat and clean. Practically no defects, if something was wrong it was immediately corrected.We will book here for the third time next time.

Had a wonderful holiday with our family. Close to sights from our house. Kids had a great time in the swimming pool, not too big, but children had a lot of fun, also with friends they made from other houses.We hope to come back to you again!

Overall impression: insufficient. Location perfect, close to everything, certainly a building with potential. Communication poor. Upon arrival, a note on the door with a telephone number. We received a telephone welcome, the room door was open and the key was there. In itself a good solution, but very impersonal and without content. An email/text in advance would have been very appropriate in my opinion. Information about welcome drink (as stated on the website), breakfast, WiFi, etc... was not communicated automatically. Room very dated, without atmosphere, not tidy and dirty in some places. Towels were full of stains. Floor was dirty, there was even dog food on it. Bathroom exhaust full of dust. TV hums, picture is very green, hard to watch. Bed was not pleasant because the topper kept shifting and you ended up with a gap between the mattresses. Rooms noisy. Breakfast was reasonable, nicely designed, but aesthetically not appetizing. The woman was nice. Unfortunately less so on the second day, when we arrived too late for breakfast. We did not know until what time breakfast was (due to lack of reception), we could have found it on the website, but I did not enter into the discussion. We had a nice breakfast at a restaurant. In short, definitely not worth your money. Impersonal, dated and without atmosphere. There are plenty of other places to stay overnight.

We had a wonderful weekend here.Incredibly hospitable, caring and sweet.The rooms are fine, the breakfast is good, the surroundings are beautiful and you are very centrally located here.We enjoyed it from start to finish, and would love to come back here in December!Martijn and Janny Janssen.

Had a great weekend away with friends and kids. Cozy atmosphere and warm welcome by the owners! Swimming pool is not very large, but certainly enough, especially for the children. Furthermore, a good breakfast and beautiful surroundings! We will definitely come back :)!!

Our experience is extremely sad.Upon arrival we were kindly received in a kind of stinky bar that is also a reception and breakfast place 🙈The room is sad and stains on the wall furnishings are old furniture.Towel was smelly and hard (folding neatly was apparently an art)Breakfast was very poor.Stale baked rolls, the croissant was so shocked that it spontaneously straightened and fell apart when you looked at it.Orange juice from a bottle (from the plus)And of course a tub of children's cottage cheese.Home with screeching tires.Photos speak for themselves
