Used to be a regular not anymore its way over priced and lucky if you get served Kirsty is too busy worrying about her make up the rest eh the bar maids are new only last a few month if that would rather go to Edinburgh for a pint than sit in this pit

12 of us (all ladies) visited this hotel on 16th August 2019. On arriving we were greeted by John the manager who was very friendly and helpful and recommended places to go and even got us taxies.  …

Booked for one night and relieved it was only for one night as I think I would have left and sourced somewhere else to stay. …

We were pleased with our refurbished room. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially David Fortune the barman cum everything. When we arrived the TV wasn't working and the toilet seat was not secure. He fixed both in 10 minutes. The full Scottish breakfast was memorable.David Pitcher, Cornwall

The hotel is dated, though kept fairly clean. No elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage. Room was clean and amenable, though small. Restaurant was crowded with people getting drunk. All this would give it a 3 star. However, the heater in the hallway with my room was stuck on max heat in the middle of summer. It was easily 35 deg C. I reported this to management and they did not see a problem nor did they think anything could be done. They were not interested in giving a refund. I will not stay here again.

Fantastic weekend away to meet up with old navy pals. The negative reviews on here I feel are grossly unfair. …

We arrived as a party of six motorcyclists and when we looked around at the area we decided to put on our extra bike locks - the hotel seems to be located between the dock area and a well populated area of Rosyth. …

It was awful. Dirty and the bath was held together with electrical tape. The staff were very nice though. Oh and the kettle was so filthy you couldn't make a coffee. I as well as the wedding party that was booked said the same and would never go there again. The picture of a room on their website is false,it looked so nice but believe me it certainly was not. Sorry no star rating I've had to rate one star or it wouldn't post

Don't be put off by the outside of this hotel, for a very reasonable price you get a very clean and comfortable room. Locals were chatty and friendly in the bar . Excellent breakfast included and we were very impressed by the friendliness of the guy on breakfast duty. Will definitely stay again
