We stayed in the otter lodge, a complimentary short break for ex forces. This was gifted through the charity come with us. We had the most beautiful four days of family fun, during what is a very dark time for myself. All week my mind has been able to escape and for that we are truly grateful. The lodges are beautiful, well equipped, modern and most of all our little boy loved the hot tub. Many thanks. Jason, Nadine and forest.

We spent the week in one of the lovely lodges for my dad’s 60th birthday with the family. The lodge was very clean and modern and had all facilities you would need whilst away and to top it off there was a hot tub on the balcony. …

Stayed in a 2 bedroom lodge with hot tub, it was clean, had ample facilities, stunning views and was only a short drive to a range of places to go see and visit. Would recommend for couples and families, yet definitely need a car as there’s not much to do on the site

We booked 6 lodges for our family break , largo law bass rock forth view primrose bluebell and 1 more we had a fair few teething problems but the staff soon came to rectify them . We never liked the 1 bedroom retreats at all the design was awfull , we did enjoy our holiday but won’t be back unless there was more of the traditional lodges available and the company that own them did a bit of upgrading on them some of them are very tired
