We viewed several venues for our wedding day, but knew straight away Kinkell Byre was the one for us.The outside scenery/ setting & interior definitely has the wow factor.Steven was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to all the set up / how things worked on the day. He talked us through several different lighting options available - The overall lighting was a big plus point of the venue. Claire was our main contact from the venue who kept in regular contact with us via email / video calls & was extremely helpful. We had access the full day prior for setting up and Claire was on hand throughout to help with the set up as well as on the day itself.The Kinkell team coordinated all of our vendors on the day and everything went very smoothly.Our day couldn't have went any better & a massive thank you to the Kinkell Byre team.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Kinkell Byre and be able to say that it was our wedding venue. I don't think I can find enough words to express my love and appreciation for Kinkell and it's wonderful staff. Cannot have imagined getting married anywhere else, and would choose them again in a heart beat. Our guests were truly blown away with how stunning this place is. The grounds made for amazing photo backdrops and we didn't have to leave the location to get the perfect shots.The byre coordinators are all worth their weight in gold and truly went above and beyond to make our day everything we imagined and more. The Byre cabins are the perfect addition to this venue and were well used by our guests. So modern, stunning views and perfectly equipped. If you are considering this as your wedding venue, think no further, and go for it. You will never ever regret it.

We had a fantastic experience booking, planning and eventually celebrating our wedding at Kinkell Byre. The staff were all amazing, with special thanks to Sophie, Stevie and Brian. The venue itself is beautiful, spacious, rustic and the styling possibilities are endless- ensuring that our wedding day was perfectly 'us'. Perfect location and beautiful views. We have also previously stayed in the cabins too which was the ideal cosy coastal getaway. We will come back for many years to come to what has become a very special place for us. Thank you again to the team <3

We got married at Kinkell Byre in August 2024 and it was everything and more we ever dreamed of. It was the top of our list when we were looking at venues and we knew from the minute we stepped in Kinkell Byre that we would be getting married there. It is a stunning venue and with it being a blank canvas it allows you to do what you want with the space. It was really helpful that they had a list of recommended suppliers but great that we could use any suppliers we wanted for our day. If you're looking for a barn style wedding this is the one. The outside views are exceptional too, over-looking the sea on the side of St Andrews. Sophie, our main contact and manager at Kinkell is amazing at her job too, she was on point with everything from the moment we booked right up to our wedding day. It really helped us feel at ease that she had thought of every last detail.Luciana and Alex :)

All of the staff we dealt with in preparation for our wedding were extremely professional, kind & easy to talk to, providing advice & help when needed, they are all extremely knowledgeable & made sure the day ran smoothly without any issues. We were extremely lucky to have such a great support & Kinkell Byre is probably the most beautiful wedding venues in Fife, we couldn’t think of anywhere better to get married, we had the best day 🩷

At a wedding. Food of pizzas served cold and would have benefitted from being cooked longer. Overall venue was chilly with folks wrapped in blankets to keep themselves warm as night went on. Venue should have kept space heaters on. Views amazing, in daylight and at night.

Amazing and professional staff . We cooked here for a wedding of 90 guests. We enjoyed every single minute. We find this place one of the best in Scotland and we see lots of them .
