Had a lovely stay while visiting the Dunhill Links. Carol and Jim are very friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was really tasty and a great set up for the day. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

What more can I add to the already glowing reviews? This was just perfect and the ideal home from home. The location is perfect for peace and quiet with the beach just at the end of the road.Thanks Carol and Jim for a great weekend. I miss Leven already and will find an excuse to get back soon.

Had a lovely 2 night stay whilst walking the Fife Coastal Path. Room was large and very comfortable and breakfast was great. Best of all was the friendliest of the hosts, nothing was too much trouble and were lovely company. Certainly recommend a stay.

Had a most enjoyable two night stay at the Lomond. Jim and Carol are wonderful hosts, and as others have said, nothing is too much trouble for them, they really make you feel welcome, (they enjoy a good laugh too!). Spotlessly clean and great breakfast. Next time I'm in Leven, I know where I'll be staying. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely B&B during our Five Coastal Path hike. Jim and Carol were all you could ask for in a host. They gave some great tips for cafés to have lunch for our next hike day and the breakfast was made on demand. I enjoyed some lovely yoghurt with seasonal fruits, my first Scottish scone and some perfectly cooked soft boiled eggs.The twin room we stayed in had a classic feeling with all the luxury of this time. They even thought of offering earplugs along with complementary coffee and tea at the room. I had the pleasure to enjoy the garden on a sunny day looking over the historically protected street view.
