We stayed here for a week as a family of 4 with 2 young kids. The accommodation was very clean. The hot tub was great and boiling hot, its nicely hidden behind a fence so complete privacy is ensured. Was pleasantly surprised to find a small kids play frame on site which my kids enjoyed. The location is very peaceful but only 10 minutes from St Andrews where there are shops/restaurants. The only thing that could be improved was the bed was very firm and would benefit from a topper.

Have just returned from a four night stay at Montgomery Executive Lodge and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the lodge, as well as its size. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner was huge compared to other lodges I have stayed. There was some wear and tear to the middle of the carpet but this wasn't an issue for me. The bedrooms were spacious and all had good sized ensuite showers. There was also a television in the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher and the washing machine/tumble dryer was an added bonus. There was a sauna inside but we never used it. I believe there was a £45 daily charge for this. Towels were supplied for bathroom and hot tub. There was a small area outside for sitting and the hot tub was clean and warm. The grounds were well kept. St Andrews was a short drive from the lodge. Would definitely recommend this place.

Just home after 4 nights at these fantastic lodges. They are set in a small wooded area between St Andrews and Leuchars and are a great base if you want to have the ultimate relaxing holiday or if you want to explore the Fife coast and the North. Our lodge had a double room with en-suite and a twin room with en-suite with an open plan kitchen and living room. We knew there would be a hot-tub but were pleasantly surprised to find a sauna within the lodge as well. We took our dog and it was a nice touch there was a small welcome pack waiting for her. The lodge was modern and spotlessly clean and all staff were nice. Delighted with our stay and would definitely stay again.

Loved our weekend away at St Andrews forest lodges. The lodges themselves were brilliant
