perfect location, close to city centre and great pubs and restaurants within walking distance. nice little welcome package once you arrive, apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. very comfortable beds and sofas, apartment is decorated to a very high standard. over all highly recommend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

I thought the view from the window was nice and quaint, the TV worked amazing and I loved it!! The flat was spacious and very equipped for our needs - with cleaning products, plates and cups, even a chopping board! I loved how close this was to the city it was convenient and effective!! also the rooms are so comfy and spacious, it is amazing for the location! Sean mentioned this and i love him for this!!

Lovely, sunny and spacious apartment in a great location. The staff were very responsive to any questions and the apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. Just a word of warning about the flights of stairs we needed to climb. These could be a problem for people with mobility issues.

We stayed here while visiting from USA for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Dundee. The place is beautiful, all the comforts of home. Stuart, Sean, Lisa, everyone at Casa Fresa were so helpful and accommodating with any questions or requests we had. We were here for 3 weeks and they even provided a mid-stay clean including bed linen changes which was amazing! Very close walk into the centre of Broughty Ferry and to the beach. Loved it, would definitely stay again!

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Right bang in the city. Plenty of shops etc. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love the little touch that the host left us of a bottle of fizz and some chocolate biscuits....there is everything you need in the apartment from a washer dryer to an iron...the only thing missing would be a fan as it was really warm when we stayed. The only down side was because mine was a last minute booking I didn't realise you could request private parking at a charge. But i will definitly reserve parking in the future. I will definitly be recommending this apartment and company to friends and family and I will be booking again... thank you for a lovely stay..

We had originally booked a different Airbnb with Casa Fresa and they contacted us saying they needed us to go to one of their other locations but it ended up being more convenient for us! They have been super accommodating and welcoming, with a gorgeous place for us to stay! Very spacious with 3 bathrooms and a heated towel rack in each! For us Canadians this is all new and so cozy! Everything was pristine, modern and presentable with a wonderful welcome gift. Wifi was easy to connect with a QR code. We got very good and detailed instructions on parking, location and how to access. Should we come visit Broughty Ferry again we would definitely book here again! Thank you so much!!

Stayed in the Heather suite which is on the 2nd floor. It’s facing a slightly busy street but has a lovely view down to the sea.The room has everything you need and looks like it’s been finished really well.Even though it’s a studio it’s got plenty of space.

Casa Fresa is superbly equipped for a comfortable stay in Brought Ferry. Close to all the amenities of the town, yet wonderfully peaceful for a good night’s rest. The Tartan Suite is a real home from from home - all the little feel-good touches that make each stay so good.

This place was great. My complaints are very small, probably more preferences than complaints. The room was as advertised, lovely and clean. You get sent helpful little videos to show you how to work things. Everything you need is supplied, right down to dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. Now, the bad parts, all for chairs have loose legs which makes sitting on them..... interesting. Tried to tighten, but no chance without a tool box. One of the nossel's for the jets in the bath kept coming off. No shower door = very soggy slippery bathroom floor given the design of the shower.Brilliant location. 10 minute walk to the train station, or the same to one of the best restaurants I've ever been too. Will definitely recommend this to others and hopefully be back again ourselves.
