I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the experience was made even better by the outstanding service. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Aarati made our stay truly memorable. She was incredibly attentive, always available to assist with any requests, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality and dedication to providing top-notch service made a significant difference in our visit. I highly recommend this hotel, and a big thank you to the staffs for making us feel so welcomed!

Can highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Manchester and the surrounding areas. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff in the bar/restaurant were very helpful and polite. Huge shout out to Rebecca who looked after me and my colleagues during my stay. She was very attentive, polite and an all-round lovely person. Breakfast was cooked fresh and hot and tasted lovely. 5-stars all around from me!

There was an initial maintenance issue with our rooms but Carolina and the rest of the staff made sure to straighten this out. We were very well received by all at AC Hotel and the initial scheduling issue was never a problem for us and we felt very well compensated with the arrangements by AC Hotel. Good food and breakfast, great drinks and selection of beers.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, and having on-site parking was super convenient. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were very welcoming and efficient.Our room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious, with variety of options, and the attentive staff made the experience even better!We will definitely be returning. Special thanks to Mariyam for her excellent service.

Very clean modern (soulless) hotel. Great location especially if you’d rather be just outside the city centre. Tram stop right next door to the hotel gets you into the very centre in 5 mins. …

Stopped by for a night to attend some meetings the next day. I was with two other colleagues. We had to wait 15 minutes to finally check in at 2000, the front desk was short staffed and one person there to check in a big bus group before we were able to get checked in.The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for my liking. Linens were clean. The issue I had with the room is that the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was urine dried up on the toilet seat that was very obvious and was not cleaned.The room was quiet and I was able to get a good night sleep. The view wasn’t to bad either the next day when you could see outside.

Wonderful experience the thing that made it exceptional was the staff. I stay in hotel frequently and I can honestly say the team here were exceptional … friendly, polite and made you feel special. A big thanks to Siraj Sheeran in the breakfast room just amazing service.Will be back and would recommend.

The hotel room is bright and clean , I had stayed here previously a couple of weeks back through work and the room was much cleaner , this time round there was some mould around the bath tub in my room and when showering it leaked onto the floor from the shower screen which was a bit of a nuisance, never the less it hasn’t put me off on my future visits already booked.Front desk and breakfast staff are all very helpful and polite.Breakfast is good however can become a little repetitive as the choices are the same daily and staying here over a period of 7 weeks I am already bored of the choices.My cleaner Yana has ensured my room has been cleaned well through out my stay and has even left me extra tea when I have requested it, a nice touch thank you 😊Overall great location and pleasant stay!

Great hotel for conference and meeting facilities. Modern conference rooms are great for hosting training sessions with large TVs for presentations and comfortable chairs for delegates. All the staff (Kayley, Donna, Siraj especially when I am running late) are friendly and helpful and make sure the room is setup with everything you need, they go above and beyond when required.

After a 3 hour or so Travel from Newcastle, My Partner and I checked in with ease with help from the lovely Wale, check in was a breeze. The hotel is immaculate, so clean, and all the staff are so friendly, while clearly working very hard.The rooms were great, double bed was very comfortable and we were lucky enough to get some lovely views as we were quite high up in the building. The Aircon went down to as low as 5°c, which on a warm summers day, was absolutely lovely to sit in, and The shower pressure was great.Only a couple minutes walk away from Old Trafford, and a 10-15 minute drive away from the Trafford Centre.The breakfast buffet was amazing, a large variety of very good tasting foods, and I can't stress enough how friendly and helpful all staff were.Carolina helped us check out, yet again, quick and efficient. Our stay here was amazing, and when we decide to come to Manchester again, we will definitely be picking this hotel.Wonderful staffGreat facilitiesReally affordable price for the luxury hotel feeling.
