As an early birthday celebration for myself, me and my friend booked an overnight stay at King Street Townhouse with spa access. We have been absolutely blown away by this gem of a hotel and spa! …

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at King Street, planned my engagement ceremony there and it was an absolute delight. Georgia helped me throughout the course of getting what I need and would recommend 100 times over. …

This was an excellent experience overall and lived up to the description on the website. However, the service we received from the staff member who welcomed us, did my massage and looked after us whilst we had dinner was outstanding. They even helped me find my wedding ring which slipped off whilst getting changed!

Beautiful, if compact spa. I booked a relaxation package, with 2 course lunch, 2 hours spa time and a massage treatment. The light lunch was delicious and there was a menu to choose from. It's all beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. Lockers were free to use and I really loved that the lockers had charging points inside. My only slight grumble is that the "no phone in the spa" rule was not enforced so others were in the relaxation room on their phones which is a bit distracting. The spa area had a relaxation room with heated beds, experience showers and a salt room, there is also a sauna and steam room. My massage treatment was amazing 10/10! I felt so relaxed and refreshed after my visit.

The only hotel I sleep in whenever I’m in Manchester. It’s honestly so hard to leave the room once you’re in.I also love coming here once a month for my me-time spa day even if I’m not staying for the night. The attention to detail in the spa, stunning decor and facilities are second to none up here in the North.I always have a 90 minute hot stone massage with Patricia and thoroughly enjoy it. She is so warm yet professional. The products used are divine. All the staff all round are wonderful and super courteous.Impeccable service which I cannot fault.I always look forward to coming here every month.

This hotel is outstanding! Everything was incredible. Would definitely recommend booking directly with them as we got some perks. 2 hours in the spa and a free drink was included in the price. I had a work call early in the morning and a lovely gentleman at the reception told me I could use one of the function rooms. Best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

We traveled specifically to Manchester for the roof top pool we was not made aware that the outdoor pool was closed when I made this booking. ||The room I paid for was not the best it stated I would have a bath there was no bath. …

What an absolutely fab place. We went for an afternoon tea which was amazing. A great selection of sandwiches and cakes plus freshly baked scones! It was delicious!Made even better by being looked after by Amy , our waitress. She was so attentive ensuring we had enough teas and coffee and making sure we were happy with our food. She was so informative too, telling us about the chefs, the locality and the building and all its facilities. Amy even gave us a tour of the wine cellar cinema and rooftop terrace! She was the perfect host and is a credit to the Townhouse! We would definitely recommend a visit there and will be returning very soon ourselves!

The selection of teas was impressive we went for the classic English breakfastThe beautifully crafted pastries and savoury bites were simply divine. 🥪🍰 our favorites were the scones with clotted cream and the exquisite macarons! And truffle egg mayo with spinach bread 👌🏽Service was impeccable — attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to indulge and unwind.

Stayed here for my birthday/wedding night and had the best night. Check in was so easy straight in checked in and to room. We got the comfy room and it was amazing. There was a free standing bath next to the bed. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom was so nice. There was so much space in the room and a sofa at the end of the bed. There was an iron, hairdryer, kettle, tea, coffee etc and a mini bar (charged) there was also toiletries and bathrobes and slippers. The view from the room was nice. And it was so quiet. The infinity pool was absolutely amazing we were in there at 7 and there was no one else there, the sauna is huge and there’s a little relax place where we enjoyed our complimentary drink. They even did a happy birthday plate of brownies and fruit for me in arrival. There is a £100 deposit held on your card on check in so be advised of this.Would 100% book again. I don’t know how to add photos but my husband is making a video of the stay so it will be in TikTok or instagram but I recommend this to anyone it really was such a stunning experience. The place was so clean, well decorated and not run down at all and everyone was so friendly.
