Basic but clean and comfortable room. Staff very welcoming and helpful, stayed one night only as had a early appointment in the city. Great location for the city, retail park opposite. Bar/restaurant was very good, although menu needs some attention as nothing labeled gluten-free, but there was, staff showed me labels of my choices which were GF and it was excellent! A very big thank you to the staff on duty.Would definitely stay again.

Stayed 2 nights. Parking is fairly expensive but not the worst for the location, rooms are also basic but clean. Staff were very helpful when we requested more towels and got them to us super quick, and it was a quiet night’s sleep without the usual door opening-and-closing in the early hours you get in most hotels. Nice enough for the price!

The worst hotel experience of my life. The room felt incredibly old, like it hadn’t been updated in 100 years. The location wasn’t that great either. If you plan to check in early and leave your luggage, forget about it—you’ll have to pay extra! This forces you to check in early, which also costs more money! Overall, I was extremely disappointed. If you’re considering staying here, think twice. Only stay if you have no other option.

I am staying at this hotel for four nights whilst working locally.||||It is 10.50pm and the people in the room next door have been having loud noisy sex for over half an hour. With frequent loud voices, loud groaning and banging noises. …

Decent room for the price point. We only payed £43 for the night and £7 parking I don’t think you’ll find a hotel any cheaper in Manchester. Fire alarm did randomly go off at about 1am for around 5 seconds, not sure what was going on with that but I assume it’s not the hotels fault. Overall good stay you get what you pay for.

I only stayed for one night for a concert, the room itself wasn’t too bad, very outdated and the mattress was hard but it was good enough for overnight. Make sure to bring all of your toiletries the only thing supplied is hand soap, towels and body wash, however it’s conveniently located across from a retail park. The receptionist was quite rude, didn’t look like she even wanted to be there. Overnight the traffic was so loud it kept waking me up and there was a generator running sound very loud.

Second time I am staying in this place, and it is the last time. Unprofessional service at the reception and the rooms stink terribly (think old socks, old underwear, and black mold together). No wonder, because the interior including carpets look prehistoric from before WWII. There are better options out there...
