Leah and her mom were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were lovely, just be mindful some of them are up several flights of stairs. Breakfast freshly prepared by Leah was great and a very good value (£10 cash pp). Less than 10 minute easy walk from the train station.

First off, the location can’t be beat — right across the pedestrian footbridge into the heart of town. Our hostess was welcoming, easygoing and had good suggestions for dinner, etc. Our room was clean, bright and comfortable with a lovely view of the river. These are not luxury rooms but the quiet and pleasantness make you feel at home. The breakfast was delish and Leah even convinced us to try local haggis and black pudding! We would absolutely stay here again (although we might skip the haggis).

We had such a lovely stay at the Fraser House! We had a great sized room with a view of the river. Room was clean and very comfortable. Location is perfect a short walk across the bridge and you’re right in the area with shops, bars, and restaurants. You’re also able to park using the permits Leah has available. The host Leah was so kind, elegant and helpful recommending bars and food places to us based on what we were looking for. The additional £10 for breakfast is so worth it (so don’t forget to bring cash)! We really enjoyed the vegetarian breakfast but also know Leah does a great traditional Scottish breakfast.

A magnificent B & B situated very close to the centre of Inverness. Our hostess was incredibly polite, caring and willing to make our stay there as pleasant and memorable as possible. She personified the true spirit of hospitality.Breakfast included all a visitor would wish for, for an invigorating start of the day.The room we stayed in was superb, with an exhilarating view to the river, very quiet, ideal for those who appreciate peace of mind.I can never stop talking about our hostess who made every effort for us to enjoy our time there.

After arriving on the nice little street in front of Fraser House, a temporary parking spot was found right in front of the house. As soon as the doorbell was rung, the very friendly and open-minded housekeeper Leah answered. Every previous review one has read is simply true, and you feel like you're coming home due to the warm and friendly welcome. After exploring the extremely modern and clean room, you receive a parking permit and can park your car permanently around the corner of the house. Then, it's a short walk to Inverness city center. To reach it from Fraser House, it only takes a brief stroll over the bridge, and you're in the heart of Inverness. After a pleasant evening in the lively city, you return to the quiet room across the river and away from the city life. The room amenities are simply perfect, with outlets for charging all kinds of devices or relaxing in chairs with a good view of the river. The next morning, you are warmly greeted by Leah and start the day with a small but fine complete Scottish breakfast. If someone were to ask me what the best part of the visit to Inverness was, I wouldn’t know whether it was the landscape and the local ales in the pubs or the stay at Fraser House with the pleasant encounters with the housekeeper. Many thanks again to Leah, and I will definitely come back.Regards from the german Joiner Moritz ;)

Everything about Fraser House was impeccable - the location, the house, the amenities, the food, and Leah herself. My vegetarian breakfast was so good that my two travel mates, who are not vegetarian, ordered it the next day. We had a view of the water from our room. It was a quick and beautiful walk to the city center.
