We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Inverness. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The young man that checked us in was very nice. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown shops and food. There is no lift so you do have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to the room.

The best reviews about our accommodation at Tay Villa. The room has a fridge, microwave, utensils for eating....it was nice to find bottles of water in the fridge, there is tea, coffee, sugar...10 minutes to the city center......I highly recommend!!!

Pretty much just a motel room. Nothing fancy. Accessibility was a bit of a struggle for me because of stairs. Only good thing was there was an Aldi within walking distance just down the street, so we could get our groceries and cook our own meals in the microwave that was available in our room. Had to eat on our bed because our room was so small there wasn't room for a table to eat at.

Definitely love this place. The room & toilet were clean; the bed sheet was also hypoallergenic. The facilities were just what we needed. The decorations were unique. The atmosphere was peaceful and very cosy. Very kind and friendly owner. Good location. We will absolutely stay there again if we visit Inverness in the future, and we highly recommend others to do the same.

No, this is not a B&B with newest tech and bathroom fixtures. Nevertheless, this is one of the best B&B we had been to since today.The rooms are small, but the beds are very comfortable. Everything looks tidy and at the right place. There is absolutely no mold in the shower nor dust on any furniture.The proprietress is one of the kindest persons we met in Scotland. She explains everything, is friendly, has a sympathetic ear for you.The breakfast was very good, although you can't expect the national standard meal porridge here. But that is the only drop of bitterness ;-)Walk to the city of Inverness in about 10-15 min.

We booked one night in triple room. As a stop over for the airport. We were able to get a parking space right out side. We arrived 20 mins early than the 4pm check in, but this was no problem we were shown to our room. …

Booked a Last minute break away. Tay Villa B & B was excellent host Liam made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Room had everything we needed and breakfast was great value for money. Will definitely return.||||Kelly & Richie (Dundee)

Tay villa is placed in a quiet zone of Inverness. I slept here for only one night, but i can say that the room was really clean even if it is really small. I love it. The owner was so polite and he left in our room some good things for breakfast. Highly recommended!

Great location for exploring the city centre and very well equipped and clean room. We received a warm and welcome from the owner., who also provided useful information on local attractions and places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended
