Clean and spacious room with accommodating host. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to relatively poor sound proofing. I can hear the guest next door moving their curtains, sorting out the clothes hangers and the bathroom vent fan. This is not an issue as all of the guests are quiet after 2330, but could easily be a problem.

We have stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The original plan was to stay here for 1 night but we loved it so much and wanted to stay in the area for longer so we asked if we could and the hostess Catherine was kind enough to let us stay longer. We just had to switch rooms because our current rooms were booked. We didn't mind that at all because each and every room was beautiful in it's own way.The rooms and ensuite bathrooms we're very lovely and really clean. Not a sprinkle of dust to be found. Everything smelled really fresh and clean. Also if you plan to stay here you should definitely look at the beautiful details on the ceiling of each room. The details are all handmade.Every morning the hostess made us a nice breakfast with a lot of options. She also had a cute little helper who took our orders very well ;). The view while eating breakfast was very nice and calming. Lovely way to start your day.The hostess has made the effort to make a book with all kind of activities and information about the area. It was very useful and one of the reasons we wanted to stay in the area longer.We would definitly stay here again. We've been traveling for almost 2 weeks and this was definitely our favourite place to stay.Catherine if you read this, thank you so much for having us. It was lovely to meet you and your little helper.Dylan + Leslie.

Beds are comfortable room was fantastic..cant fault it .our host was very welcoming great nights sleep rooms are absolutely spotless clean . The breakfast was delicious..definitely recommend. Will be back for sure.

Rooms are clean and cozy. Host was really friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I have a few suggestions to make it a five star, such as the light in the washroom should be on a switch instead of automatic sensors. And there should be better ventilation for the bathrooms... Steam after shower + closed door due to automatic light = condensation from anything in there = wet floor! Other than that, was easy to find and enjoyed my stay.

A lovely overnight stay in a really comfortable room, a four poster bed and en-suite bathroom. A great cooked breakfast, choice of cereals and juices on offer. Clean, tidy and very friendly hosts, we enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed stay here. We stayed in a large room with a 4 poster bed and lovely wooden furniture. Bathroom was really nice and modern too. Host couldn't have been more helpful. Plenty of parking and near to Beauly. Ideal if you're planning to stay in/near Inverness.
