Had lunch here twice while heading further west then back again. Best prawn Marie Rose sandwiches I’ve had in years. Delightful wee salad. Excellent French fries. Great coffee. Very reasonable prices. Really stands out

I never leave a review for anything but I was so disappointed I felt I had to. We stopped off here for a drink, the man behind the bar (older man) was so rude. The pub only had a handful of people in at the time, very quiet. We came to the bar to look at the drinks options and he was rushing is to the point it was so rude. We hadn't even had chance to read or decide what drinks we wanted he kept saying what's the next drink hurrying us along. There was 7 of us and all of us left saying the same thing. No wonder this place is for sale if this is the welcome people get. Absolutely shocking. I would understand if it was busy, the place was empty and no one was at that bar. We had only been standing there for 30 seconds. Great location, rubbish bar man

Nipped in to grab a pizza for my children whilst on a road trip. The young man that served me was absolutely lovely, super friendly and makes the baked goods himself. I walked away with two of the brownies and they were absolutely delightful! The pizza was demolished in minutes and is easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had and I’ll likely be craving too soon!

We stayed in the garage flat. It had a really comfy bed and the best electric shower we have ever used, although the shower cubicle was small. Cooking facilities were fine for breakfast as the microwave was an all singing and dancing model with grill and oven. What really sells it is the location which is ideal for exploring the area. The Café has Wainwright's beer on cask which was a real bonus. The Salen Jetty Shop just down the road was excellent. The host family were a delight.

Dropped in here for fabulous Scottish breakfast last Saturday. On the way home from a few days walking in Ardnamurchan. Beautifully presented, tasty and good value. Menu to suit all tastes. Available 1000 - 1200 Tuesday to Sunday. Lovely relaxed and welcoming ambience. Worth a stop.
