Absolutely lovely camping trip, beautiful views from the camp site, and we especially loved the occasional neigh from the horses on a local field. We stayed in a pre-pitched tent, which made it so much easier to ease into camping with a little one.The facilities were fantastic, clean and well maintained toilets, showers and sinks.Being cooked for whilst camping was perfection, the portions were a great size and very tasty! We loved the popcorn with rosemary oil whilst we waited, it was a lovely addition to the meal.Stella and Griff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay and have a lovely gem of a camp site. Thanks again and we will be back!

Absolutely gorgeous site. Stunning views of the downs. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The toilets are basic, but the showers are amazing. They're lovely and hot with loads of control of temp and flow. There is plenty of room to change within the cubicles. The biggest selling point is the food. So so good, decent restaurant quality with the cosiness and views of camping on the downs with friends, under the stars.

Beautiful campsite in the middle of a huge farm so lots of walks direct from camp. Really warm and friendly welcome from the team. Spacious pitches and incredible showers (better than at home!). The food was delicious and plentiful. We would love to horse ride next time and bring friends. Superb 👌🏻

Our second camping trip here, years apart. The loveliest camp, it feels safe and secure being one enclosed field, kids roam free and make friends. Super friendly, excellent food, wonderful ambience. Hot showers better than home! Couldn't recommend more highly.

Great campsite! Spent 3 nights here with the family and really enjoyed our stay. Has everything you need, washing up facilities, clean compost toilets and amazing hot showers, better than any hotel shower I’ve used! Also, the food cooked at the firepit was amazing and big portions. Lots of woodland walks in the area and campsite itself has great scenery and views. We will definitely be back next summer.

Even with damp and overcast weather we had a totally brilliant time during our weekend at Woodfire camping! The food was delicious and very generous in portion sizes - the site and surrounding areas are beautiful and you truly feel at one with nature. Our pre-pitched tent was spacious and we were grateful for the extra blankets and hot water bottles and LOVED the fact we could have a fire pit. And Stella and Griff couldn't have been more welcoming. Woodfire has a unique and very special vibe and we will definitely be back next year!

We had a wonderful time during our first ever camping trip as a family. The delicious food and relaxed atmosphere really helped. Our kids fell asleep in minutes and it was so nice to be unplugged together. It really helped to have a pre erected tent so we could try camping without buying loads of stuff.
