Bit disappointed to find the Beefeater had closed, now being run by don't know who-my partner went to the bar to buy a drink £4.95 for a bottle of Heineken think it was but much for that. Staff were outside every time we returned on an evening smoking near the front reception didn't look good. However we did ask for clean towels and bed linen changed on the Wednesday and the young lad cleaning the rooms did a wonderful job spotless when we got back and the bed was made perfectly. The only point I would like to make was we had camera equipment and our belongings in there and we faced car park on the ground floor we had shut the window before leaving and he left it open and we didn't return until 8pm I know it was warm but windows should not have been reopened.

One of the worst premier inns I have stayed at not well organised and run down. The dinner was ok but not worth the 1 and half hour wait! The breakfast was the worst part! The so-called unlimited breakfast was a cook to order which took the best part of an hour to cook for over cooked eggs and dried out bacon which was tough enough to make shoes out of! The bread for toast was still frozen and there were no pastries! I managed to get one coffee {which I had to ask for cups} before the machine broke. Over all a very poor hotel!

Lovely, helpful and welcoming staff. We booked the last available room which was accessible. The room is a bit dated and there is no AC. There was a fan but it wasn't enough. Even on a chilly October night when we returned to the room it was much too hot and stuffy. Even though we weren't at the hotel for the whole evening.Tv was a good size but in a awkward position from the bed. USB is are not easily accessible or non- existent. The room is nice and clean and spacious it just needs an update.Location is perfect as it has free parking, is right next to the train station and is a 15 minute walk to the shopping centre.I did not notice any noise from trains.Breakfast tasted alright but hot food is made to order and there was only one young lad cooking all on his own. Took 30+ minutes to arrive to the table. The staff was once again super friendly and helpful. I think if the english breakfast was a buffet instead it would lighten the pressure on him.I had a nice evening here with my partner and would return in winter or if there is AC.

The room was far too hot and stuffy. 23.5 degrees when 14 outside. Creaky old fan provided only marginally improved comfort. …

This Premier Inn does not have AC, but we did know that on booking. We visited on a very warm evening so our room was extremely hot despite the fan! However, we would definitely return as the location is excellent for Horsham and we were impressed by the restaurant on site!

The room was clean, and the location was spot on for our requirements. However, the rooms were very outdated, and there was no breakfast apart from continental. We had to go to the cafe next door (which was very nice, by the way). I just thought this was not very good, especially what we paid for it for two nights.

The building is old and also the room. The position is really good, not so far from the town center but also possible to walk up to the industrial area. the breakfast in the morning very good. The reception kind but the building needs a lot of upgrades.

AvoidIf you’re reading this recommend to take heed and avoid.I had a feeling this was going to be bad pulling into the rundown car park. The 20 min wait to check in because the person was new trying to remember how to use the computer for the 1 person in front trying to change rooms for a night.Place is on three floors, no lift.No air conditioningYou have the choice of not sleeping by heat with the windows closed or slightly less heat and loads of noise from the road and train station just outside.Room wasn’t cleaned in the 4 nights I was there (I did here the staff in the back at breakfast complaining about the lack of housekeeping)Talking of cleaning realised the room wasn’t cleaned before me with sanitary products in the toilet binIt took me 2 days to find someone just to ask for more towels which I was givenBreakfast - as expected and perfectly friendly. I did struggle with the opening times being not what I expected (~ 6:30 am open)Without doubt the worst premier inn I’ve stayed in and definitely put me off.
