Me and my partner went here for our anniversary as it’s where we had our first date, our waitresses were lovely, however the manager was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, I ordered soy glaze salmon and pork bites, both were overdone and …

We had a 3 night break in Selsey. The Seal is a great place to stay, near the the High Street and the sea. We had a clean and comfortable room, the food in the restaurant is good value for money and the staff were all friendly and efficient and made us feel welcome.

We ate at 5.30pm on a Sunday after 18 holes of golf. We chose roast dinner with extra cauliflower cheese. Top notch awesome quality food. The bar staff are amazing and work really well as a team and the kitchen service was brilliant. …

We drove from Portsmouth for dinner with family, unsure of what to expect, but had a lovely meal, with excellent food and service 😀. There's plenty of choice on the menu, with a handful of specials that change, depending on what's available. Two of our party had the red mullet special, and were both impressed. My father-in-law and I had the slow roasted pork belly (see photo) from the main menu, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend (although there might be a bit of shouting from the bar area if England are playing!) 😀

We were visiting a friend in Selsey and this pub/hotel came up in a search for overnight accommodation. We arrived before check in time and were shown a room on the top floor which wasn’t quite ready but we could leave our bags. …
