I recently visited The Crabtree in Shoreham-by-Sea for a pint, and it was a pleasant experience. The pub has a welcoming, traditional feel with a friendly atmosphere. The staff were attentive and made sure I felt comfortable.I enjoyed a pint of their local ale, which was perfectly chilled and flavorful. The ambiance was relaxed, with a mix of locals and visitors enjoying the cozy setting. Whether you’re inside or in the garden, it’s a great spot to unwind.Overall, having a pint at The Crabtree was a delightful experience, and I look forward to my next visit!

When I arrived on Thursday a friendly young person welcomed me and showed me to my room . Unfortunately that is where the good news ended .The room reminded me of bedsits from the 1980's . …

Overall a good experience. Bar area is nice, open and airy and the welcome was warm and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable but could do with a little TLC.  …

Good location and the room was not bad, but the staff was extremely rude. I asked for a late check-out and a hair dryer several times with no response. At 10:30 am, when I saw the room service staff and asked her for the hair dryer, she was extremely rude, shouting at me and pointing her fingers in my face, saying she would not give me anything and that I had to leave or she would call the police, which she did!. Extreme and unprofessional behaviour in the hospitality sector, and the management team didn’t reply to my complaint either.Worst experience ever, and I don’t recommend this place.

. We were made welcome by our host landlord Mick and the local community in the pub, friendly and caring - the pub has an area at the back for parking. The pub is lively with good local bands the only downside is no breakfast included but there is a choice nearby.

Welcoming staff and a proper local pub with friendly customers. People have said it could do with some TLC but I think that gives it the character.||Able to get back in after hours with a key to side entrance. Limited but secure parking at back of pub

Lively pub divided into several sections. Nice snug area, friendly staff, well- kept ales such as Fullers London Pride and HSB, well decorated, spacious, family and dog friendly. Garden has several "rooms". Pleasant ladies loo, plenty of live music and activities. As a local I haven't stayed and cannot comment on the rooms/accommodation.

A friendly, social pub selling good beers and food. Dog friendly, close to the railway station, and there are guest rooms which I haven't tried yet. Great bands play here. A nice beer garden is also available. The customer service is very good with attentive staff.
