Visited here for a full day at the spa with 2 treatments. The spa was lovely and well maintained. Not overly busy which was also great. Had a full body massage which was lovely. We had lunch in the restaurant which was amazing (Highly recommend the burger). All the staff were brilliant so kind and helpful. Will definitely visit here again fantastic venue!

We used a gift voucher for Afternoon Tea on Sunday. Took the tea in the conservatory, consisted of 4 finger sandwiches each, 3 sweet treats each and scone, cream and jam plus hot drink. …

We had the most amazing time in this beautiful and historic hotel run by Sarah and her team. We brought our little dog with who had many needs and staff graciously looked after him and us during our stay. No request was too small and we were attended to with a smile and care. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the ambiance. We would certainly recommend this wonderful hotel and its team to all our friends travelling to Midhurst. Thank you!!!

Lovely place to stay, very nice rooms with lots of thought gone into what one may want or need. All staff were absolutely wonderful, kind, polite & attentive. We enjoyed a tasty evening meal & breakfast with such a lot of choice.I would highly recommend a visit.A little suggestion due to the room being very warm, we did have a fan that helped, but maybe a thinner quilt for the warmer months.

We came for the spa/afternoon tea.The service was amazing, I had a young lady doing my facial, I've sadly forgotten her name but she was awesome. The pool is nice enough, but a few things let down the score. Lots of green on the tiling around the pool, broken pool grates, one of which between the steps to climb in/out the pool, paint peeling on a wall and some tiles have been roughly shoved back up under with poor finish. The jacuzzi once turned on, made my eyes very sore and there was a lot of scum on the surface.Upsides nice and quiet, get towels/robe to use and lovely shower area with good products to use, however changing is very open unless you can manage it in the small shower cubicle. It was a little bizarre being asked to wait for the treatments on the couch at the bottom of the stairs, as we were all wet and left huge bottom marks. We'd already been in the pool before treatments, used towels to dry before putting on robes, but they were slightly damp still, so the relaxation area wasn't as maybe as relaxing as it could be 😅It was a birthday treat, so I can't complain.Afternoon tea was nice enough, I don't drink hot drinks or alcohol though, so asked for fizzy apple juice instead. It doesn't look like much on the stand but was actually very filling. We wanted to escape most people and sat in the bar area, that sort of just had the stale fireplace smokey smell. All the staff we came across were lovely, service was great but yeah few other bits that maybe can't be helped (like the fireplace smells and maintenance) just kind of let the whole place down a little on our visit, might not be a problem for most.

Had the most wonderful Spa afternoon with a meal and drinks included. The staff are probably what makes this experience the best. Nothing was a problem. Extremely attentive. Not over busy so no waits for any of the facilities. Ultra relaxing. Will definitely be back.
