Lovely welcoming at the reception desk followed by an amazing host by the name of Kristel in the restaurant. Nothing was to much bother for her and all completed with a great big smile and a big sense of humour. Kristen really made the dining experience warming. Room all set up ready for a family of 4.

Room was comfortable. Staff were lovely. Cleanliness was good. Bed was comfortable. No complaints. Bar lady was lovely. Sadly the restaurant wasn’t open as chief was off but these things can’t be helped. Parking situation was adequate and it was in a nice location.

We booked this Premier Inn as normal before flying out, got to the room1, Toilet seat really loose?2, No towels what's so ever?3, No plug for the bath?4, No free tea Bags?5, I reported all above I picked up the towels and teabags in reception area, still waiting for the bath plug, they did say they would move us but we had already unpacked our bags ect for the next day flight, we will not stay hear again it's very dated we also know it's a budget stay, they guy on reception said it's the room keepers fault? But who's checking the room keepers standards. I had to tick one star it won't let you leave a NO star review, so NO Stars from the pair of us. Yet the bed was OK room was warm. 13/10/2024

I stayed in the Goffs park premier inn for 3 nights on a work trip, the room was ideal for what I needed other than a broken TV which I reported but they couldn't sort out in the short time I was here understandably. However this issue was more than made up for by the staff, in particular the evening bar staff Kristel and Jess were very accommodating and made sure I had a good meal and company every evening. I can not big these girls up enough and say how much of an asset to the company they are. If you are staying here alone make sure you go to the restaurant for a meal or drink and you won't feel alone anymore. I didn't get her name but the lady running the breakfast was also a wonderful welcome to your morning and made each day start on a positive note. Whoever is in charge of hiring the staff for this premier in has done very good Job as they are without a doubt the best staff I have experienced at any premier inn and I have stayed at a few. Thanks again for accommodating me so well.

I stay in Premier Inns regularly, and this one is as good as the others I have been a guest of. These hotels are generally the same and satisfy my needs, so I am happy. I believe that when issues arise, it is how the staff react that indicates the level of service I receive and in this case the hotel is understaffed and had a problem with the key card system that also affected room allocation. I have to say that all the staff did what they could to overcome the issues admirably. I have had breakfast each morning with only one member of staff to deal with the guests, and I would like to thank Helen in particular for making my stay a little more pleasant. Well done to all the staff, as the management were not so visible especially during the 3 days they were unable to produce room cards.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk apart from a guy who ignored me as I walked in.||I arrived at the front desk and was stood there with a gentlemen just point blank ignoring my presence. …

The hotel itself is a bit tired but we were only stopping overnight before flying from Gatwick. Comfy bed as one would expect from a Premier Inn. Kristel and Bradlee were just the best staff. They were bright and smiley and gave us the best service - they made our stay! Thank you!

From the minute we arrived in the grubby and tired looking lobby, we realized that the booking was a mistake.Firstly, we had picked this hotel as it had a Brewers Fayre attached so we could get an evening meal and have a drink to get us into the holiday mood for our flight the next morning, but this was closed due to lack of staff and we only found out due to a notice behind the desk on arrival.I asked if we could cancel the room so we could go elsewhere, but was told that as it was after 1pm, no.I asked about the bed size and was told that it was a small double, so I asked if there were any rooms with 2 singles, but they were all booked. The receptionist then gave us a key to what he said was a slightly better room in the annexe. When we last stayed in a Premier Inn it was near the North Terminal at Gatwick and the rooms were well appointed and a decent size as well as modern and clean with an on-site bar and restaurant, so we assumed by moving slightly further away from the airport, we would get even more for our money, but we were very mistaken. The corridor smelt damp, the room was very small, very tired and totally unacceptable for what we would expect from a Premier Inn. The annexe itself did not have a secure / locked door to the outside which meant that anyone could enter from the car park (this was the only time that I was grateful that the restaurant and bar were closed!)The shower was full of mould and there was no handle on the inside of a very stiff / rusty sliding shower door, which made it almost impossible to get out of. The room had no USB sockets, no adjustable A/C, so it was too hot and only 1 large and 1 hand towel for 2 people. To say we were disappointed is an understatement!Having gone out again for food and drink we simply tried to make the best of it until leaving for the airport, but it was not the start of our holiday that we had expected. To conclude, this stay has made such a bad impression, that it has made sure that we will never stay in a Premier Inn ever again, because if this brand can accept such a poor representation, that totally goes against anything that we could have imagined from a “premier” brand, we will never trust Premier Inn again.

Stayed here in March and it was great but a few niggles this time. Nobody available at reception to see if an early check in was available. ||A rather cramped room with a toilet positioned so that it was almost impossible to use. …
