Stayed for one night whilst working..absolutely faultless, staff were so lovely, room was great with one of the best beds I have had, with a good thick duvet! Had an evening meal, by the time I got there the kitchen was closed but they did it for me anyway and again was lovely. Perfect breakfast, all in all a great find and those of you how work away from home regularly know how precious that is!

We had a works dinner to celebrate an engagement.Service was extremely quick, and the knowledge and assistance for beer selection was very helpful.Everyone enjoyed the food, however I was informed after the event that someone was particularly unhappy with their salad, as there was very little content.James was extremely helpful the minute we arrived at the venue.

Nice place, nice atmosphere, good tasty food. The beers were excellent. Staff was very helpful. Our room was nice apart from the fridge and kettle not turned on (which we didn't realise until the morning) and no milk sachets. Shower gel dispenser was loose. Bathroom was nice, bed comfortable.

I never leave reviews - but honestly, I can't wait to go back. The girl on the bar yesterday was so helpful! They do this amazing workspace deal that you get all your hot drinks and a light lunch for SO cheap. If you work from home, this is such a nice change of scenery.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and i believe booking through booking.com may get you in the rooms that are less desirable. Room 106 has the kitchen venting out the window and can be noisy but turns off when the kitchen closes. 5 min walk to the Sea and buses. We had meals at the pub and the food was great. Breakfast amazing and overall auper value for the price. We felt safe.

Booked a meal for 7 of us to celebrate our parents wedding anniversary. Great feel & environment. Server was welcoming & friendly.Kids meals were amazing value & great sized portions. Partners meal was incorrect so he had to eat later than most of the group while he waited for the correct order. I had the pie - it arrived & was literally frozen in the middle - it hadn’t been near an oven or microwave. I had to wait further so pretty much ate alone as others had finished their meal. We weren’t asked if we wanted another drink or checked in with to see if our meal was ok. Bill arrived & it was wrong - we were charged extra for kids drinks that were part of a meal deal. Not impressed - we were offered no apology or compensation for the errors with our meal. Left feeling thoroughly underwhelmed & disappointed with service. Won’t be in a hurry to go again.

We had a great 1 night stay. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely room the only problem was a large extractor from the kitchen which was very noisy. So try to avoid room 106 unless you go to sleep after 10.30 when it seems to go off. You will also get some noise from the music downstairs. The breakfast was great and the whole experience for the money was great. We will definitely be back next year.

This place could be so much better. The staff and food were good, the location convenient but the building and facilities are awful. The dining area we were put in was cold and drafty, the table sticky. The accessible toilet is not accessible with limited space for any wheelchair user and missing facilities such as hand rails, appropriate sink and room for a helper. This toilet is freely used by all pub patrons who don't want to go downstairs so it was in less than sanitary condition. The large car park is unusable for wheelchairs or pushchairs being wet, muddy and full of sunken gravel. One of our party did go downstairs to the gents and reported it to be in a disgusting state and inappropriately located as the staircase for access can only handle one person at a time. My suggestion would be that the proprietor remove the micro brewery which I have never seen in use and replace it with decent sanitation facilities for all their customers.

20 of us met up for Sunday roast to celebrate our mum's 90th birthday, the staff reserved the snug for us. We preordered online beforehand which made the event less stressful. The food was really good, hot, good portions and everyone was served really quickly. Staff were really helpful and didn't rush us to leave. It was great to have the snug to ourselves as mum is in a wheelchair and it felt like a party. Thanks to everyone at Brewhouse for helping to make mum's birthday a memorable one. We'll be back very soon.

My partner and I stayed at the Brewhouse and Kitchen on Saturday night and we were most impressed. Not only was the room spacious and very comfortable but the customer service was excellent and we were made most welcome. …
