Super welcoming from the minute we phoned to book, excellent customer service. Basic breakfast, but was delicious. Beautiful old building in a lovely little town with plenty of bars and restaurants. The only thing that wasn't great was our bathroom was very dated, however we did have our dogs, so we're in a dog friendly room, which may not be to the same standards as the other rooms. Will definitely return.

Lovely spacious family room, excellent food and welcoming staff. We arrived with a bedraggled child and a bag full of sopping wet clothes, my daughter having decided to inspect a stream from the inside, and they didn't bat an eyelid but were able to dry her things for us overnight beautifully. Thank you all very much!

Fantastic celebration for my parents' Diamond Wedding. An afternoon tea for 60+ in the ballroom. Pre-planning was excellent as was the technical support. Food and tea (and Prosecco) served quickly and efficiently.  …

Efficient, cheerful and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and very good food. I was a bit ill so could not do justice to the food but my partner rated it highly. Good quality ingredients nicely served. Cask ale a most valued bonus. Thank you to the staff for an enjoyable stay

We attended a ruby wedding celebration and chose to stay the night having been told by the hosts that special room rates had been agreed. However we were charged the full rate of £140. …

Popped in for a coffee. Lots of parking spaces. Peaceful, very comfortable lounges and seating. We ordered two flat whites at £3.70 each. Disappointing, very foamy and probably single shot. Nice place to relax but don't expect great coffee.

Sunday Afternoon TeaWent for Sunday afternoon tea for my wifes birthday and it was great. We had a newly decorated room which was almost a private room which would be perfect for hen do's, baby showers and birthdays. The food itself was lovely the sandwiches were great and the scones were light and fluffy with plenty of jam and cream as well as a variety of cakes.Although we weren't there for Sunday lunch they looked and smelt amazing. There is plenty of parking in their rear car park and the beer garden is lovely. The best thing about it is how friendly all the staff were, very attentive and lovely to talk to they really made you feel special. The hotel itself is situated just a short walk from the river and right in the middle of the lovely town of UskDefinitely recommend it for a visit
