Stayed at the manor travelling for a family wedding. Rooms were clean and adequate, comfy beds, decent linen, Mountain view. Bathroom a little tired - obviously water pressure issue which can’t be helped. …

A lovely quiet and scenic position for a hotel. Large clean room and good bedding , shower room adequate but would benefit from having a shelf. Excellent lighting in the room. …

Stayed June 2024. I left my details in June 2024 for a refund after a terrible experience and no one got back to me. Terrible place and poor customer service. Apparently leaving a review with a terrible experience is abusive. It was a review. Also to say that we didn't stay in the room we took photos of is an appalling lie, accusing us of fabrication. I cannot recommend anyone staying here it was awful. Very dated. Having walked through the place we walked back out again, boiling hot room no air conditioning as promised on booking.com. still waiting for our refund. They acknowledged the strong smell of marijuana from an adjacent room on my trip advisor review so they knew the room we were staying in. Noisy unclean and cheap room. The facilities we viewed were tired and dirty. On the response they could not spell sought out they wrote sort out....says all you need to know. Gave one extra star for the location but the hotel blighted it. I'm Welsh and Welsh speaking. This isn't good enough for any country. Normally I would look for some balance in a review, there is no bright side here to find. Very upsetting.

Rooms are nice, but could have used a table/luggage rack for our suitcases. The views are spectacular. The food is delicious. The servers/cooks were having trouble dealing with a large (and loud) group of car enthusiast that all showed up in the dinning at once, but did a great job considering.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Manor Hotel. The staff were all brilliant going out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had all we needed. The breakfast was the best we’ve had, fresh fruit and your choice of cooked breakfast. The location close to Crickhowell, lots to do around the area. Thank you.
