The room we had is too small for 2 people.During our stay, we found that the water tap was slow, especially the hot water, which was not sufficiently functional for a shower. The room is clean and well decorated.A couple of fording chairs are needed for the guests to sit, as one can not stay in a bed all the time. The Self check-in system is excellent.

Came to stay for the weekend as we come to Cardiff every year for the Speedway GP - meaning the location was perfect for us. My fiancé dealt with the booking and was advised we could park on the opposite side of the road. …

The place is nice and renewed. We felt comfortable and cosy. The location is good, 10 min walking to the city center. The self and flexible check in is a good point. The only bad thing is that there are alarms beeping every time from nowhere. It is disturbing, especially during the night. We didn't know how to silence them and the hosts didn't give us any help. The fire alarm went off more than once, we asked for help and they only replied "ask whoever activated it to turn it off", when we had been the one to activate it.There are basics like sugar and coffee, but no salt. There was pepper though. We just asked for that to be able to cook in our 2-days stay and the hosts just said "there is no salt at the moment".I really think the service to the client should be improved a lot. Plus, they only answer from 9h to 17h. You get absolutelly no help from that time.

Unit One. The small cozy room was nice and clean. The sheets were a little rough and balled up, so I bought my own.Noise up stairs was tuff late nights especially weekends with one "night owl".Needs a small table and TWO chairs to eat at, instead of a desk. Ceiling fan would have been a plus also.

We weren’t expecting much…and we were correct! We arrived at 10pm and it was all locked up but thankfully had a door code sent in one of the many, many confusing emails. …

Very cozy, but...|Issues with dampness in one of the XS rooms and the medium room my brother stayed in. The smell was so bad he had to use a diffuser of eucalyptus for his room to attempt to cover the smell. …

We travelled to Cardiff to watch pink at the principality stadium. The location was perfect. Easy to find. 5 min walk from the stadium and train station. The price was amazing considering all other hotels increase their prices by stupid amounts. Clean, affordable and a good wee find.

Very clean room, small bathroom, linen and towels were spotless. Everything was functional and functioning. |Only one very small criticism, one sachet of milk between two of us and 1 mug and 1 tiny tea cup? |Will stay again if I am off to see a band or in the City for any reason.

Lovely location and pretty looking house facade. We had the room directly facing the street (4 people) for one night. The room is very simple, just 2 double beds, a small desk and a small bathroom but it does the job well. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean and warm. The house also felt sufficiently safe. The bathroom was also nice, the only downside was the water pressure in the shower was very low. Would recommend for a stay in Cardiff.
