We stayed here for the last three nights. Staff were absolutely lovely we had a cute card waiting for us in the bed and a free bottle of wine. The location was great. The room was a big size lots of windows and the bed was also a good size. The beds were hard though and so were the pillows not very comfy, the cleaning could also be improved the room was dusty.

Good stay here. Well-located in the pedestrian area and close to the train station. We were given a spacious room on the 7th floor, with windows on two sides, nice furnishings, an ironing board, and a large bathroom and bathtub. Would have loved a small fridge and luggage racks. Difficult to stay here if you had mobility issues.

Lovely, clean hotel. Ideal location.Lovely clean room, friendly staff, helpful.Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again.Just one thing, getting in and out of the bath, nothing to hold onto, felt unsteady. Had to hold onto the radiator getting out of the bath/shower. Probably a handrail or ? can be fitted?

Amazing hotel and so reasonably priced for a city centre hotel! The rooms and bathrooms area really spacious and clean and the beds are really comfortable. I was also surprised that the rooms always seemed to be the right temperature as I usually find hotel rooms either too hot or too cold. It is right on the high street so you are walking distance from absolutely everything, yet the hotel feels really quiet and secluded when you are inside! The staff were really lovely and helpful. There are so many places to eat within the vicinity of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in cardiff.
