There are many positives to The Marine, but also many areas that could do with some improvement. Its in an excellent location on the sea front, only a few minutes walk from The Pier.  …

Very tired hotel! Lots of signs of damp including the smell on arrival.Shame as could be a lovely hotel business if the money was re invested back into the business, great location.Llandudno was very busy and we hasmd a great break away but unfortunately the hotel lacked and comfort or qualityThe entertainment was poor , could not hear the singer as the speakers were off ,even though asked to be put on and the lightes left of definitely lacked atmosphere with everyone leaving after bingo.Such a shame as again if revamped and the money spent could be a lovely hotel as great location.Unfortunately was a very budget hotel

It was a cheap 2 day break for us so just somewhere to sleep while we explored Llandudno.|Staff were lovely and welcoming and very informative, Hotel itself is very outdated and rooms shabby, in need of fresh lick of paint. …

Just back from 3 nights here with my sister and disabled mum, room was OK but mum struggled as she cannot climb in a bath, carpets were filthy and there was a mark on the ceiling which we soon realised was water marks as it kept dripping water from there we did not see one cleaner in our room all 3 days had to keep going to reception to ask for fresh bath towels, tea bags, milk and clean cups after 5 times of asking I got some at 8 o'clock at night on the Saturday. Food was OK and the staff in restaurant were lovely and helpful so we left a tip for them as they do work hard. Downside aswell is they don't have a disabled toilet downstairs so if we were not in room we had to keep taking mum upstairs in the wheelchair to use the toilet. It's OK for a stay for few nights but definitely needs some changes made in my opinion.

Stayed over as a business user on 9 Oct in room 128. Room is pokey and dated but clean. Tried to order food for dinner but was told chef had been busy and would have to ask at 6.30 if I could order. Surely a hotel wants the kitchen to be busy . If I stay in a hotel I expect to be able to order an evening meal. Disappointed overall will not use again
