I booked a penthouse and found the views from the room most spectacular. We used the swimming pool on both days we were there and it was nice and warm. …

Arrived early our room wasn’t ready so Claire upgraded us to a family suite which had a magnificent view. We were made very welcome and told to ask if we needed anything. …

Stunning location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Views from the hotel was beautiful. Disapointed we had an apartment, so no room view and the hotel itself is a bit dated but they were in the process on updating when we stayed (August 2019). Kitchenette in th room was very handy but could have done with some glasses/plates.Pool was a lovely added feature. The local bistro pub was amazing for food!!! Highly recommended! Hotel pub a bit expensive for drinks. Would stay again tho due to the lovely location and nice staff.

We asked for a room with a view, got one and it was excellent. The room was quiet and homel, very clean, beds with good linen bedding, that caused restful sleep. The friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel family is second to none. Port Dinorwic is a hub, leading to many places of interest. The hotel, due to the C-19 closure, is having many changes made, but this doesn't have any effect on the hotels enchantment. We're going again next year, and hope the swimming pool is open.Plus, I'm taking my gardening gear with me. I hope Hayden reads this😊

We stayed one night and found the staff charming, helpful and efficient. They gave us a lovely clean room with a panoramic view of the sunset over the estuary. We took an enjoyable walk and then had a delicious meal at the hotel. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet all night and we left happy and content. We would stay again if we come back to Wales.

The room was huge, comfortable four poster bed, nice little kitchen area, great views over the harbour, didn't see many staff, but they were friendly and helpful. Good base for exploring North Wales. Would stay there again.

My partner brought me here for 2 nights, i was dumbfounded when i saw that anyone would give this hotel a 1 star review. The staff are more than friendly, always happy to help. We had breakfast both mornings, which again was great! The continental had lots to offer and the welsh breakfast was cooked wonderfully! We went to explore the surroundings with advice from the staff, the views near mount snowdon are breathtaking! You can visit beautiful places within a stones throw of this hotel. Well worth a visit for anyone looking to come to the area!
