Stayed at the end of September in a family room and impressed with the size. 4th floor & great views towards the stadiums and shopping area.Clean room which was very comfortable. Staff, although busy, were very helpful. Great location for exploring Cardiff and everything was in walking distance.Parking is tricky but daughter has blue badge so spaces outside hotel made it easier for us.Food and drink on site is good and decent value. Could do with more local and independent brands for drink - that annoyed me a little.... reckon premier inn are missing something here they could tap into.....

Booked a double accessible room,it was great. Access via lift, big room with spacious wet room, plenty of space to manoeuver. Nice view of Cardiff Queen Street station but could be a little noisy. Restaurant and bar spacious and food delicious 😋 staff very welcoming and helpful, particularly over breakfast which was also very nice.

Excellent position in the capital. Disabled parking outside which was free. Premier plus Room was adequate, however the mini fridge only had 2 small bottles of water so a waste of a fridge in my opinion. …

Fantastic stay, despite the weather 😀Staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. The bed was so incredibly comfortable and the rooms clean and functional (apart from a minor battle with a very short hair dryer cord). The location is perfect with an unbeatable price and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Really nice room. Comfortable bed and well equipped with a hair dryer, power shower and small drinks station. Very comfy bed and had a great nights sleep. Was very happy that there was a table and chairs in the room as well. The shower was really nice and the purple lighting in the bathroom was a nice touch and easier on the eyes at night. Service at the bar was genuinely friendly and warm. The AC was especially welcome in the room!

Stayed here for a night at the weekend. Hotel is in a fantastic position (right in the very center of town) Self check-in was quick and easy. Hotel in general including our room was clean & fresh. Everything worked as it should. Nice and quiet, we didn't hear any noise through the night or early morning. Only slight negative re room is the window over looked a concrete wall! dark and not nice to look at but we weren't there for the window view! is how we justified that. We also feel that with the room rate you should be entitled to free parking, they offer a 25% discount rate at a nearby NCP but its still just under £20 for 24hrs.

If you are a single person or couple the big bed is great. Having the smaller one isn't so much. The food was good with a great breakfast choice, they clearly didn't have enough staff to deal with the rush of booking in, and trouble shooting.

I really recommend this place. The down stairs is very pretty with plants scattered around the place. Even though I had only stayed at the hotel for one night I enjoyed my stay. We stayed at the hotel because there was a football game. That night we had dinner at the hotel and struggled to get a uber, because the uber cars only could have a max of 4 people. We told the worker about it and asked if he had any recommendations. He said to us straight away that he could book a taxi for us and we said yes. After 2 minutes the worker came back and had all of it sorted.

It’s the first time we’ve stayed at this hotel. The room and the breakfast were absolutely fine. The bathroom and shower were also good, with nice fluffy towels. …
