What a great little find! Stayed here for 1 night on our way to Snowdonia. The room was perfect, very clean and modern. We had our 2 dogs with us and stayed in room 14 which is just outside of the hotel. …

I have never been to a hotel with such lovely staff. We had an issue with booking.com, approached the staff as booking.com wouldn’t help us and they sorted the issue out as soon as they could. …

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Hotel was clean. Rooms are nice. Breakfast was good. Food in the restaurant at night was good value. The only issue was that the bed was too soft for our liking but all in all we had an enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

What a lovely hotel. It was a drive out of Llangollen through pretty country and narrow roads, but well worth it. Arrived early, couldn't check in, but staff were friendly and helpful. …

Went in the the hotel earlier and got served by a young girl who was a delight. Her attitude was so sweet and had such a lovely conversion with her. I didn't quite catch her name sadly but I know she is fluent in Welsh and very polite! I hope she gets praised for how she treats the customers keep it up.
