Coach journey was fine there and back. Hotel in excellent position for shops, pier etc. Hotel meals were served at the table by a lovely waitress who was so pleasant. The entertainment was excellent and bingo every night. We had a large room although the bathroom was quite small. We had an enjoyable stay and would go again.

Despite my room being tired & in need of updating, it was clean with a comfortable bed. |Location is perfect for sea & town with bus stops etc near.|Food was served hot with good choice|being in a room on my own, I would have felt safer if I could have had access to reception, in the event of a problem, or being taken ill in the night

Only one word "BEDBUGS"Only here 4 days and i was covered in bites on my last night. Did some investigation at 5am as couldn't sleep found adult and babies. Told manager said "couldn't do anything but would get maintenence to set a bomb off once we vacated the room" Not impressed to say the least. In actual fact it wasn't until i told him that i had left this review that he actually took my details to forward to Daish customer services. I also contacted Environmental Health about this issue as I wasn't confident that the manager would do anything.Only good thing was our waiter the young man was very professional and controlled the needs of all the customers in his area.
