Stayed there this last week (mid July 2024) with my husband for the 3rd time. Welcoming and friendly hosts from the start of the booking process and throughout our stay. 2 lovely cats to say hi to and sweet little cottages to stay in. …

I stayed at Stableyard cottage with some friends during May and had a wonderful time. The property is quaint and very well equipped. The hosts are friendly and attentive and the location was perfect for our needs. The breakfast hamper was a lovely addition and very much exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be returning!

Gorgeous little self catering cottage I could easily move into. The stableyard has everything you need and with the village shop right opposite, its in the perfect location with two nice pubs within a stones throw if you don't want to cook …

This place was outstanding for our visit. The kitchenette was perfect as we cooked our own breakfast. The bathroom was modern and the beds were very comfortable. The village is lovely to have a wander and the restaurant down the street was top notch. We will stay here again for sure

Beautiful village location. Accommodation met all our needs. Have been there twice before and looking forward to the next visit. If you have mobility issues the larger cottage may be more suitable as less steps, an extra loo, and you can avoid the cobbled entrance ( which was very characterful but which may be difficult to navigate for some ) Highly recommended.
