Stayed for a 3 nights break away with a friend. On entering, we were shown to our room by the lovely owner Sandy, which was on the top floor, which was a family room. …

Lovely two night stay at the Seaclyffe. We have been visiting Llandudno on our golf trips for 20 years and this is the best accommodation we have had in that time. Sandy (owner) and her daughter Nadine made us very welcome. …

My friends and I vest Llandudno each year for a 3 day (2 night) golf break. We have stayed in many hotels and guest houses in Llandudno and we have seen the "good, bad and the ugly". The Seaclyffe falls into the "good".  …

I had booked two nights in this hotel, as I was visiting a good friend who lives in Llandudno. When I arrived on Friday evening, Sandy , the lady whose hotel it is, was extremely welcoming and friendly, and insisted upon carrying my rather heavy case to my room!although I had only paid for a single room, I was given a lovely double room with its own bathroom, and I was delighted to see a Bath! So many hotels don’t have these anymore, and I do like to wallow!Everything was absolutely spotlessly clean, I just couldn’t fault it.I explained that my friend was coming round and that she was bringing fish and chips, and would it be alright if we ate them in my room? Sandy insisted that we actually use the rather pretty conservatory and even provided us with cutlery! Later in the evening, she was very happy to bring us a tray of tea and biscuits, and she did the same when we came back with my friend’s son the next evening. The hotel is in a beautiful building, and the reception rooms are sympathetically decorated to fit in with the era.We were the only people who used them, I think other guests had gone out for the evening, so it was wonderful. The reason I have given just 4 stars to the room, is simply because the bathroom was is not the usual white suite that you see nowadays, but pale pink as was popular sometime ago. But it did not bother me one bit!You do have to find a parking place in the surrounding streets, but I was very lucky to find one very near the hotel, and the car stayed there the whole time – everything in Llandudno can be done by foot. The breakfast was included in the price and extremely acceptable. I’m not a great one for cooked breakfast, but I could see that there was a good one on offer. And the staff serving this were also extremely friendly and helpful. So thank you very much to Sandy and all your staff and I really hope that we get to see you again !

All the staff were welcoming, the breakfast was lovely. The room we had was on the second floor and it was absolutely lovely, comfy bed and pillows, tea coffee, toiletries were provided and our room was tended to every day and restocked.Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay again xx

Don’t even look at negative reviews for this place,it’s the best value stay I’ve had anywhere.First time there, but certainly not the last.Sandy was so friendly from the outset.Room was lovely, and the breakfast was superb.I ate mine in the garden as the sun came up.It was so relaxing. Can’t believe people moan about peeling wallpaper.I never saw any,but what are these people talking about? This is Sandy’s livelihood for gods sake.Leave a constructive review by all means, but don’t try to destroy a hard earned business. Thanks to all the amazing staff at Seaclyffe,Llandudno
