Had to cut our stay short unfortunately but without doubt the best Guest Hous we have ever stayed. Karen & David are perfect Hosts. Accommodation amazing (the decor is perfection. We were in room 7, king size room, was beautiful and clean. The bed was so comfy. My Dad was on a lower floor and was very happy with his room. |Breakfast was 5 star and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Also dog friendly don’t be put off if you’re not a dog person you wouldn’t know dogs have been in rooms.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable 4 days staying at The Kenmore this week. Karen & David are fantastic hosts and would definitely stay there again. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are fabulous, and the breakfast was lovely. They welcomed our pooch too, who loved the location as he was so close to the beach.

The Kenmore is a really lovely little b&b, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Llandudno promenade. I travelled with my husband and son, staying in a family room. The room was a great size and was super clean and comfortable. The hosts, David and Karen, were really welcoming. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Just a 10 minute walk from the prom. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thanks for a lovely stay.
