Fair play, we stay in a lot of hotels with work and this one has been one of the best this weekend. Premier Plus rooms on ground floor (overlooking car park but no noise issues). Next to a great Table Table. …

Needed a stop after Dublin ferry. Well placed, everything worked a-ok in the room and bed as always, very comfortable. Paid for cook to order breakfast and very good too. Worth it. Very nice breakfast room, you can forget you're on a pub.

We tried every other hotel in North Wales but they were all full due to filing of The Witcher in the area. We came here last, at 2:30 a.m. and lovely India on reception found us a room. We were so grateful and so exhausted. The next day, reception was manned by Joanne, who was equally amazing and helpful in offering us advice on local places to visit. The only negative was that our room price was pretty high - presumably due to high demand for rooms in the area at this time for the aforementioned reason.

As many have noted, the staff here are lovely, very friendly and helpful, this includes before we travelled when I needed to contact them. We did not arrive until 1am ish and were there for just one night as we passed through.  …

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The icing on the cake was the receptionist India- she was bubbly, polite, friendly and professional, very helpful indeed - what a great 'face' for your company. The breakfast was excellent and I did test the 'unlimited' breakfast by ordering a second cooked breakfast!! Overall very happy indeed and great value. One point for improvement (Room 110), the shower curtain gave the bathroom a musty smell every time the door was opened, wash the thing once a month.

Paid a little extra for a Plus room, well worth it! The room was fantastic and we loved having the air con, a mini fridge, luxury toiletries and coffee. Had a lovely stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again. Lady on reception provided an excellent service!
