We have just enjoyed another three night stay at Pebble House. We often struggle to find a room available so were delighted to get in. We took friends along this time too! As always Si and Emma made us very comfortable. …

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Pebble House. Simon and Emma were the best hosts that we could ask for. They were so attentive and gave us a personable service. They provided us with oat milk, almond milk and lactose free milk. Breakfast options were great there was an a variety to chose from and you could have breakfast to go or to your room! It was beautiful and done exceptionally well. They made sure we were comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! The rooms were exceptionally clean and the hospitality was 10/10. Would highly recommend we have no regrets or complaints! Thank you both so much for everything and see you again soon.

Our first visit to Llandudno and we stayed at Pebble House. Our room faced the front if the house and overlooked the bay. The house is situated towards the east side of the bay and is in a quieter part of town. …

Steps away from the expansive promenade and pebble style beach full of fascinating rocks. Small rooms but cozy, friendly hosts, near many nature scenes and walks. A calm respite from city traffic and business. A good place for watching the triathlon that Sunday in early October.

I have just spent a week at The Pebble House B & B which is tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean and on the sea front in the quieter end of Llandudno. It is solely run by the owners Simon and Emma and is well organised.  …

Beautiful place. Sea view. Not massive room but what more do you need. A brew by the window watching the waves. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I had to leave early & didn't get to sample the breakfast. Looked amazing. Great welcome by host. Thank you

This is a very clean, friendly, comfortable guest house. It is very close to the sea and a short walk to the town centre but in the quieter end of Llandudno. The beds were a good size and breakfast delicious. We really enjoyed this place and would definitely use it again if we were in the area.

Con - I can’t use the heating whenever I’d feel like it. They have the control of heating systems. My room was chilly during night times. I had to ask for a thick blanket to avoid being poorly and I did at some point - not pleased about that. I didn’t want to get cold in the room that I paid for. They had not given me solutions but blankets.I paid for the room and I expect to be warm at all times especially overnight. It was like I’m camping outdoors not indoors.I had to take hot showers to keep me warmMinor damages and wear and tear - normal I suppose. Old fashioned doors don’t get along with a modern room with en suiteLovely view of overlooking houses in the back garden(!)My room only had been cleaned and replaced towels once in a four night stayBreakfast was lovely but small. Hash browns - I don’t know but it doesn’t taste rightWatching news while having breakfast was depressingLess than £300 for a small single room is actually quite expensive than I thought compare to great reviews - shocking.3 and a half stars more like 2 full stop.
