Very happy with room #7, spacious, clean, comfy and lovely views towards the lake. Double glazed windows did a good job of keeping road noise to a minimum. Bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was compact with a large bath/shower. The breakfast didn't disappoint.

Arriving around 5pm we found the self check-in easy, the guesthouse looked liked it had been recently refurbished, the room was of a good size as was the ensuite. The cooked breakfast was one of the best we had enjoyed on our weeklong tour of Wales. The Host and staff were very friendly and helpful. Being a guest house there was no evening meal option, there were limited options in the local town.

Nice hotel in a good position to climb Snowdonia. Top floor room, we were lucky with the weather but meant we had to open windows making it noisy as it's on a busy road. Breakfast was nice with a good choice freshly cooked, staff were friendly. Easy check-in and out.

Lovely B & B, nice clean and comfy rooms. The only downside was we never got to see the owner of the B & B during our stay to check if all ok..? Very odd. …

Very friendly and helpful staff . Great variety of cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit as well as full cooked English breakfast and toast. All cooked to perfection. The room was excellent, room to walk around, wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage. Two comfortable chairs and king size bed with two pillows each. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed our week stay here. Tea & coffee facilities in the room, snacks provided every day.
