Excellent hotel with great hosts Ian and Shelly. We stayed for four nights and were well looked after as always. The breakfasts are very good and the rooms well cared for. We have stayed many times and hope to stay many more. A great bonus is they large car park which is big enough for each room to have a space.

A very warm welcome from Ian and Shelley to their lovely hotel nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast excellent. A bonus was having safe car parking. As retired hoteliers ourselves we know how much hard work goes into keeping a place up to this standard. Keep up the good work.

Our first visit to The Annan hotel for 8 nights, how I wish we had discovered it years ago. Excellent in every way. …

We had a lovely two night break at the Annan Hotel. We had the super kingsized bedroom at the back of the hotel which was very quiet. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were wonderful. The car park was a bonus for us. Ideally situated for the seafront and pier and the many local excellent restaurants.

We stayed at The Annan for 3 nights in August. Ian and Shelly are brilliant hosts and nothing is too much trouble. We had a room on the first floor which was spacious and had a great view of the orme. Breakfast was delicious. There’s plenty of space to park your car on the car park. This was our first visit but won’t be our last.

Last week the weather was unexpectedly fine, so I did an impromptu three-day motorcycling trip to Wales. The Annan Hotel was able to offer me a cheap single room at short notice, and I had a great stay! The secure carpark is a real bonus for a solo biker, the room was great, the breakfasts are very good and the welcome from the owners and staff is second-to-none. I will be back!

This Hotel must be the best smaller hotel in llandudno.Ian and Shelley run it superbly well. Friendly, professional and welcoming. Breakfast is also fantastic. If I'm going to llandudno or the North Wales area, I always stay here, as do many of my friends. They love it also. The best around.
